Amount

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc.50m and not exc 1.5 mtr and depositing at the location all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up/down CI/DI pipes and connected fittings from the trenches /floor of size 200 mm all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing of Ductile iron pipes, class K-9, with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast (spun) with factory applied cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside with zinc coating with suitable push on joint (rubber gasket D joint) of 200mm dia all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L cutting of cast iron pipe and reducing to the length for laying of size 200mm dia

Supply and fix CI sluice valve of pressure Class PN - 1.6 flanged, 200 mm dia and drilled at both ends with ISI mark, having steel spindle and gunmetal rings including wheel for operation all as specifed and all jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers, etc, all as specifed and as directed including dismantling and taking up unserviceable of the following sizes complete:-

M & L for construction of valve chamber of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 mtr internal size suitable for sluice valve with PCC 1:3:6 type (C2) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation, one hollow block masonry wall in cement mortar (1:4), 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 MM thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover of 2mm thick on 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame work emmbedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coats of black synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary excavation earth work on any type of soil etc. including removal of surplus soil and rubbish not exceeding 50m distance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing water meter with flanged 200 mm dia MS pipe with necessary fitting run lead joint excavation as required, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed make Kranti.

Supply and fix spigote fittings, heavy duty, such as bends, tapers, tees,collars,tail pieces, reducers, etc laid and jointed with suitable push on joints complete upto 200 to 300mm dia all as directed and specified by Eng-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm grade aggregate with in foundation/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolation of cement concrete in ground floor and paving in exc 15 cm thickness (below or ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed
