GAS MANIFOLD SYSTEM

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of Medical Grade Copper Pipeline System complete with Copper Fittings and Accessories. The copper pipes shall be Maxflow/Mandev make, manufactured from deoxidized, non-arsenical copper, thoroughly degreased and capped at both ends, colour coded as per standards, and conforming to BS EN 13348:2008, ASTM B819, EN 1254:1 and EN 1044. The pipes shall be supported with valid third-party inspection certificates from Lloyd's, TÜV or SGS. 54 mm OD × 1.2 mm thick Medical Grade Copper Pipe complete with all necessary fittings, supports, brazing, clamps, nitrogen purging during brazing, testing and commissioning.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Medical Gas Isolation Ball Valve with fittings. The valve shall be lockable on both sides and suitable for medical gas service. It shall be factory tested, degreased, cleaned for oxygen service and comply with HTM 02-01, NFPA 99, EN, DIN and ISO 7396-1 standards. 54 mm Isolation Ball Valve complete with matching copper fittings and accessories.

Civil and Trench Work including excavation, backfilling, sand cushioning, warning tape, Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801 UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, PCC (where required), restoration of finished surfaces and disposal of surplus earth, complete as per specifications.
