Taking down carefully existing false ceiling of any type / make / size including all electric fitting/fixture, fire alarm and any other accessories etc for repair/replacement of AC duct and refixing the same in its original position with out any damage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : If, any kind of damage occured to false ceiling and other services like elcetric supply cable / fitting / fixture, fire alarm, water supply line or any other services, due to negligance or poor workmenship of contractor, the same will be repaired/replaced by the contractor free of cost and no extra payment will be made in this effect to the contractor.

M&L for dismantling old/unserviceable/rusted, supply/return/fresh air GI duct of any size/shape/dia with insulation from walls, roofs, ceiling for replacement complete Including ducting supports, rubber gaskets, elbows, vanes, & supports as per (IS 655) etc. from any location at central AC plants, compelte all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembly and erection in repair of GI sheet with C&SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shapped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleats, carraige bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joint etc., complete of size 22 gauge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembly and erection in repair of GI sheet with C&SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shapped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleats, carraige bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joint etc., complete of size 20 gauge, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for duct insulation with 50.mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M & L for cleaning of air handling ducts (GI/Al) internally by using special equipments & tools like robotic arm, air jet nozzles, flipper vaccum pump and a suction blower with hepa filter, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Internal surface area of duct to the extent ordered and cleaned by the machinery shall only be measured and paid).

M&L for dismantling old/unserviceable/rusted supply/return air diffuser/dampers/side grilles/VCD, of any size any shape from any location at central AC plants, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Mapro/brightflow/ Ravistar)

M&L for supply, fixing powder coated extruded aluminum rectangular diffusers complete with black anodized extruded aluminum VCD (wherever specified), nuts, bolts, screws etc. supply air diffusers of required sizes with volume control damper., complete as required at site all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 08 here-in-before but return air diffusers of required sizes without volume control damper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing powder coated extruded aluminum supply & return grilles complete with nuts, bolts, screws etc. to make the system complete, as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Mapro/brightflow/ Ravistar)

M& L for superior quality canvas cloth along with Zip and GI frame suitable to connect both AHU and duct including taking down of old material, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ducting supports, bracings, hangers,(as per IS-655) clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts ,washers ,welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down old one and removing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair duct /wall mounted fire dampers 20 gauge GI sheet with fusible plug and all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of existing air handling unit of any capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of U/S foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pan made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of air handling unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU of up to 30 TR capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and re-metling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU of up to 70 TR capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and re-metaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and asdirected.

Material and labour for repairs to leakage/damaged cooling coil for AHU upto 60/70 TR capacity by blocking/ by passing the corroded/ leakaged tube of DX coil involving following activities:- (i) Removing the cooling coil from Air Handling unit and transport to the contractor /approved workshops. (ii) Leakage testing of the DX coil using nitrogen gas and finding the leakage tubes. (iii) Blocking/ By passing the leakaged copper tube and connect the copper tube with suitable new 'U' bends etc., by brazing. (iv) Straighten the fins of cooling coil using suitable brushes. (v) Painting of cooling coil with two coats of aluminium paint. (vi) Reasembling the cooling coil to the Air handling unit and again testing with nitrogen to the complete system for 08 hours for upto 70 TR capacity of the AHU, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for distributor of cooling coil suitable for AHU 24/30 TR capacity with necessary copper tube including cutting brazzing and testing with nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for distributor of cooling coil suitable for AHU 60 TR capacity with necessary copper tube including cutting brazzing and testing with nitrogen gas, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement of pressure gauge dial type range between 0 to 12 kg/cm2 with siphon assembly with on/off knob including necessary welding cutting, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement, of absolute HEPA Filter AAFH1 of size 600 x 600 x 300mm having rated flow of 1700 CMH, pressure drop less than 25 mm WG and efficiency more than 99.97 down to 0.3 micron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the unserviceable air filer of package type ductable split AC and removing from site & S & F new air filter as per existing, made out of aluminum sheet frame structure of suitable size and felt filter, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for shock absorbing rubber pads in repairs at the bottom of the AHU unit for absorbing shocks and vibrations, heavy duty of size 150mm x 150mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Strip heater finned 2 inch wide allumised steel fines of 415 volt 1.5 to 3 KW capacity as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling cooling tower by removing CT Fans sprinklers, PVC Fills , cleaning complete cooling tower body, removing scale, dust, dirt and refilling old PVC fills (serviceable qty shall be reused to the extent available) after cleaning with diluted HCL solution, assembling ,connecting , cleaning existing external surfaces and applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint including writing, marking and testing etc. for the cooling tower of 70 TR capacity TS Mahul, complete all as specified and directed. (at 10 AFH). Note : Extra PVC fills required to complete the job shall only be measured and paid separately as supply only to the extent required and ordered.

All as per item No. 25 here-in-before but cooling tower of 60 TR capacity at I Lab, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC fills of size 450mm x 300mm x 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC fills of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs sprinkler assembly complete with header nozzles made out of galvanised iron suitable to fix in cooling towers of 70 TR AC plants, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs sprinkler assembly complete with header nozzles made out of galvanised iron suitable to fix in cooling towers of 60 TR AC plants complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triplr layer) capacity 1000 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, including 25mm thickness of puff insullation complete and taking down old unserviceable PVC tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of air conditioning plant with equipments,pump set,water suction /discharge / liquid piping of any specification with synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) of approved quality after prepration of surface including fitments e.g., condenser , chillar,valves etc as per colour code of central air conditioning plants including writing MES/SM No., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of pipe from unservicable damaged insulation from chilled water pipe and M&L for chilled water pipe upto 50mm dia size insulation half section PUF shall be bonded to the surface of pipe with adhesive and binded with metal binding wire. The insulation should be covered with fibre glass clothing and finally finished with nylon base weather proof coating with two coats of AC ducting E 96 (Fevicol Make) as under:- (a) M&L for cleaning the pipe surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all pipe joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) The adhesive shall be used for bonding the seams securely together including butt & logitudinal joints, fittings and coverings must be closed with adhesive. (c) The adhesive shall be specially formulated for the pipe insulation applicationand supplied by the insulating manufacturer and have excellent bonding to porous and non porous surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying M S pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 50mm bore , complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheelhead, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
