Material and labour for preparing old treated wall surfaces by washing , rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted Surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic / interior emulsion paint with roller and brushes complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 &17.16 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II .

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer in stair case railings and similar items complete all as specified and directed in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 ,17.6 &17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II .

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thick on any description and in any position (in sunken portion) not other wise specially provided for and removing all demolished material/debris up to 1.5 Km form the site and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portionand adjoining walls of kitech. WC, Bath & Toilet, etc. : 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) after roughning and cleaning the surface mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be provided on sunken portion while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed (a) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sq. m and the surface shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (d) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface. (e) Joints/Traps/WC/soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound of make mentioned as specified.

Material and labour for cleaing and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks exceeding 500 & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity of tank from mouths of circulating pipes with & including disconnecting & refixing in all respects including fittings such as tank nipple,elbow,socket etc along with provision of new float valve PVC 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for stainless steel fancy type curtain rods of 20mm dia.with suitable number of stainless steel brackets & stainless steel knob as per site requirement fixed in repair on complete all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 3mm thick ordinary quality cut to size glass panes ( size of each pane ranging from 0.50 Sqm to 1.50 Sqm as ordered ) with silicon of oil putty of approved quality fixed including removing loose putty in any floor ie upto vth floor with and including requisite ladder or scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.
