PUMPS & EQUIPMENTS Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning vertical inline pumps with S.S. casing, S.S. impeller. mechanical seal, S.S. Shaft directly coupled to motor suitable for operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase 2900 RPM. TEFC electronic motor mounted on a common MS channel baseplate/baseframe 150mm dia, pressure gauge, G.M. gauge, G.M. isolation cock and cement concrete foundation with plaster.Flexicon rubber expansion bellow shall be provided at discharge header of each Hydropneumatic pump. a) Control panel with pressure switch, electrical wiring, cabling from panel to pumps, level controller complete with all accessories. b) GI Heavy duty ( Class-C) suction and discharge header with butterfly valve at suction & discharge side of each pump & non return valve/Check valves at discharge of each pump. c) Set of accessories such as Pressure Switches, Connecting Power & Control Cabling etc. Hydropneumatic system as described above d) Hydropneumatic system for Flushing water supply system- with 1 No. Precharged vessel of minimum capacity of 500 Lts with interchangeable butyl rubber membrane connected to outlet header with necessary flanges, gaskets, isolation valves, nuts, bolts etc. complete.Variable Speed pumps.Location-Pump room for domestic water. e) Set of accessories such as Pressure Switches, Connecting Power & Control Cabling between all electrical equipments/control panel and Motor, etc. Domestic Water Pumps (to lift water from underground domestic water tank to all toilets Location - Near underground domestic water tank Capacity 5 LPS each Head 50 Mts. NOTES FOR ALL PUMPS :- a) Level Controller with sufficient nos. of low / high level alarms, contacts with electrodes and control wiring for the automatic operation of all water supply pumps to achieve the functional requirement shall be provided. Control wiring between these pumps and water tanks shall be provided. Pumps must automatically start and stop at high water level and low level of water in underground domestic water tank. Dry running protection shall be provided for all the pumps.All water supply & sump pumps to operate automaticaly through level controller.Both the sump pumps shall start in case of extra high water level in sump. The job shall include all Butterfly/Check valves, Headers, Tees/Reducers/Nipples/Bends/Flanges, Rubber washers, Nuts Bolts and other accessories, etc. Contractor shall include all electrical/ mechanical items,electrical control panel as required to operate the system automatically/manually and also include in his rates level controller, electrical wiring, cables, between all connecting Elec./Mech. equipments, earthing main contol panal and connection to the various equipment, other accessories. Complete as required. Only main power supply with the earthing to the main control panel shall be provided by the owner through other agencies. All pumps & equipment shall operate automaticaly through level controllers. Control panel with pressure switch, electrical wiring, cabling from panel to pumps, level controller complete with all accessories.
