Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over roof slab finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling exc 40 Sqcm in section in any position unframed work & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
