M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster and demolition of cement concrete etc and roughning the surface of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping, cleaning the surface with wire brush washing down with water including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed to a distance n. exc 100 mtr and provided following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) Provide 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3.5 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii) Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) This item shall be executed only, the buildings whose guarantee period are over. A certificate shall be given alongwith building Nos by the Engineer-in-Charge at the time of payment in this aspects.

Supply only integral waterproofing powder confirming to IS-2045

M&L for machine pressed (factory made) cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 25cm x25cmx22mm/ 30cm x 30cm x 22mm (best quality as approved) on roof/floor set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) after dismantling of old tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any type of mortar of any description or thickness in floors/roofs including separation of serviceable tiles, stacking of serviceable tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (12 mm +8 mm) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved WPC on second layer (8 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete after taking down of old cement plaster of any height and position including scaffolding if required all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (12 mm +8 mm) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved WPC on second layer (8 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new plaster surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
