Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately):Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws

Providing and fixing 18mm thick specified pre-laminated medium density board with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I (exterior grade) in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, (fittings to be paid separately).Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board grade-I type-II conforming to IS” 3087 edges to be painted with polyurethane primer.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing 30mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked,anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :Single rubber stopper

Providing and fixing Nickled Chromium Brass cupboard lock 65 mm size

Providing and laying gang saw cut of specified thickness, mirror polished pre- moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.18 mm thick

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling for walls and cellings complete job with all fixtures including electrict fittings

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing,panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.).For fixed portion.For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately.).Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
