M&L for Checking of unserviceable Window/split AC/Water Cooler/Deep freezer/ Refrigerator, U/S parts likewise relay, compressor, blade, motor, gas leakage,condensor coil, capacitor, Thermostate, Filter,PCB,Wiring etc all mechanical accessories in day to day and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including minor repairs adhesive cable and other connected accessories by providing sufficient and skilled manpower, work shall also include to check & removal of leakage in window/splitAC /water cooler/ Deep freezer/Refrigerator as and when directed. The scope also include complete checking of window/split/summer Appliances. Note:- (a) The rate quoted by the contractor for Each job is deemed to be included all minor repairs and made functional. (b) The contractor or his representative will take complaint from MES complaint Register through MES job card. (c) The contractor will made seprate items register with location and signature of user. (d) The contractor will maintain complete detail of JOB card and items involved with date and user signature. (e) The ladder and T&P as required will be provided by the contractor (f) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completed within 24 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 150/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues. (f) Risk Factor will be the contractor 's end

Supply and fix in repair hermatic sealed new uncut compressor unit of window type / split type ACs of 1.5 TR capacity including wiring as required icluding flushing out system, vaccumising, checking and rectification of leakage, gas charging and testing after completion of work at site/ MES Store Yard for satisfactory functioning including taking out unserviceable compressor unit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - The new compressor unit shall be suitable as per existing make & model of A/C and no additional charges shall be claimed by contractor for different model of A/Cs

S&F inrepair blower motor of indoor unit 0.5 HP of speed 900 RPM of Split Air conditioner 1.5 /2.0 TR capacity as per existing make complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair condensor cooling fan motor of speed 900 RPM of Split Air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2 TR including taking down old condensor cooling fan motor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair only Fan blade of condensor fan motor of Split Air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR including taking down old fan blade complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair condensor and evaporator cooling fan motor of speed 900 RPM of window Air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2 TR including taking down old fan motor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair only annular type rotor fan blade of condensor and evaporator fan motor of window Air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR including taking down old fan blade complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair running capacitor (clip type) 36 MFD, 240 volts 50 cycles for window/split type air conditioner 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity, water cooler, refrigerator, deep freezer including taking down old capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.
