Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I including necessary excavation and earth work, earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover slab of size 450mmx450mm with and including 8mm TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both way, one handle 8mm dia round bar and providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, lugs, earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix 30 watt energy savings security light Luminaries with pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistance toughtened glass & IP 65/IP66 protection to be provided nearby electric pole, connection with 1.5 sqmm 3 run copper wire including taking down the old unseviceable fitting of any type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for security light bracket bend to 120 degree angle made out of 25 mm bore galvanised iron light grade tubing (approx 1 mtr in length) including necessary two Nos suitable size of clamps with nut, bolts and washers etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches/foundation in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.50 m deep for poles, laying of cables, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/loose soil n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand in cable trenches before and after the cables are laid in sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for well burnt bricks, sub class B brick laid in trences complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for 40 mm dia GI tubing, light grade laid in trenches or fixed on wall, floor or on pole with MS flat iron camp of size 30 x 3 mm with bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size for cable protection/post for garden light complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting / boring of PCC/hard standing at a depth not more than 15 cm deep and 15 cm in breadth for passing earthing conductor and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B or cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified.
