Providing and Fixing of Roto Wave slide 2.50 meter. Descriptions Product area: 5.5m x 0.6m Safe Play Area: 6.5m x 1.6m Age Group: 4-12 yrs. Technical Specification: Platform height 2.0 mtr. Platform support pipe: It is 80NB Class 'C' GI pipe hot dip galvanized center support pipe of clear height above ground is 2.00 meter. Middle support: It is made from 25NB anti corrosive Galvanized Pipe of length in a shape 3800mm with 20NB pipe of 452 mm long in horizontal shape to provide strong support. Ladder Frame: The slide ladder is made up of 25 NB GI pipe 'C' Class & the ladder hand-railing is made up of 20 NB GI pipe 'C' Class pipes respectively. Landing support: It is made from 25NB anti corrosive Galvanized Pipe in a shape with GI coated Base Plates together with standard ISA Foundation Angles to provide strong support. Ladder Step: It is Cold formed 14 Gauge GI Plated Sheet Length 500 mm & width 90mm EN 1176-1:1998 conforming to EN1176-1:1998 The trade and riser of the ladder are designed in such a way it won't entrap child's foot while playing. All the sharp edges and corners are properly grinded to give smooth finish so that children are not hurt while playing on it. Pipes: All metal pipes are Hot Dipped Galvanized Pipes conforming to IS 1239 (Part1) Pipe Materials or Class: GI & 'C' Class Platform: It is 14 SWG GI Plated Platform of size-500x600MM Roto wave Slide: ROTO Wave Slide is made up of LLDPE by Rotational Molding Process. For Roto product: The ROTO products are manufactured using material LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) with UV stabilization of Food Grade Non Hazardous Plastic compiled to ROHS. Thickness of the ROTO product varies from 5 mm to 8 mm as per the product. The overall product obtain is a seamless to ensure perfect blend of uniform thickness & durability.Powder coating: It shall be done with pure polyester raw material. Dry film Thickness maintained within the range of 50-70 microns, it is tested for adhesion test (According to ASTM-D-3359) with the help of cross hatch cutter instrument. Nut and Bolts: Galvanized/ S.S./Allen Bolt/Button Head Allen Bolt & Nuts / Nylon Lock Nuts are used with PVC Bolt Caps. Providing and fixing of Double Arch swing of make ARIHANT/KOMPAN/LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE/ OK PLAY/ LEO/ KAALIA. The arch shaped side frame of the double arch swing is made up of 80 NB GI pipe and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI pipe. The frame is powder coated to give an esthetic look. Seats- Belt Type Seats made of Synthetic Rubberized material/Fiber reinforced fabric materials of Virgin Reinforced materlal. The belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated Gl chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp. Certificate: ISO 9001:2015 All complete as per the direction of engineer in charge & as per approved drawing & design. Providing & Installing the SEA SAW DOUBLE of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/LAND SCAPE STRUCTURES /OK PLAY/LEO/ KAALIA of size 2.0x2.50mtr.Main Frame: made of see saw made of 50mm NB pipe with planks made of 40mm NB pipe and supports made of 20mm N.B. pipe, all the G.I pipes should be "B" class & ISI marked (as per the IS 1239/2004)&. of reputed brand make & Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Seats- Seat Made of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic), duly UV resistant colors, all chemicals in the FRP material should be best quality, the Fibre Mat of 450CSM to be used for strength & stability with supporting frame. Platform of MGR made out 16 SWG GI sheet & handle of frame made out 27OD GI pipe, platform supported with M.S angle & flat for safety and stability. Schedule – B

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates efc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.( Structural frame work including M.S/S.S plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). (a) Overhead informatory signage

Providing and fixing precast concrete bench (Chair type with or without arm-rest) with back. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in gray cement colour of thickness of 100 mm back height 1000mm & front height- 450mm, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling transportation, erection and long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly. Seating length of the bench shall be 1500 mm, seating height of the bench = 450mm and total height of the bench = 1000mm bench. Top and back planks are treated with special anti corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof. (Note: -Preferably make of RCC Bench is 'K.K') all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
