8,Laying of 1x630 sq.mm 33KV XLPE UG cable by means of winch over rollers provided by contractor. The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side providing labour as required at site for tying the cable in trefoil formation with nylon rope/etc., complete.
9,Refilling with filling sand in layers well consolidated asper std. specification including cost of all materials,labour,lead, lift etc.complete.
10,Supply and laying RCC cover slab (60cmx50cmx5cm) including cost of slab, stencilling and laying carefully as directed by the Engineer including cost of all materials,labour, leads, lifts, etc., complete.( The RCC cover slab should be manufactured with M20 grade of concrete using 12mm-20mm HBG metal.)
11,Laying of plain cement concrete 1:3:6,using 20mm BG metal for bottom portion of trench for fixing PVC pipe in the cable duct in proper alignment and level as per std.specification including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc.,complete.
12,Refilling with excavated earth in layers and well consolidated as per std. specification including cost of all materials,labour,lead lift etc.,complete.
13,Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris then and there immediately to avoid any hinderence to the normal flow of traffic and public beyond a distance of 5km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge including loading and unloading etc., complete.
14,Transporting of 33 KV empty drums loading at site, and devolution of empty 33KV steel cable drum each weighing 1 to 1.5T from various work site (2drums at a time) and balance cables if any to departmental stores
15,Providing watch and ward (unskilled) at site as instructed by the Engineer incharge at site.
16,Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc.,
17,Providing 18 gauge alumininum strip with Nylon tie at 10m intervals for engraving voltage level, size of the cable, name of the feeder including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, etc., complete.
18,Casting & placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indication slab)of size 750x750x60 mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 33KV cable route as directed by site Engineer at site with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc including 2 coats of flourescent painting.
