Removing of dent and bents and preparation the old painted surfaces of Almirah steel large with shelves as per drawing by de-rusting the surface, welding wherever required, cleaning, oily / greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scraping and sanding flacky surface, applying putty and primer on visible depressions and re-painting with one coat of synthetic enamal paint (olive green) with spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new shelf with 1mm thick MS sheet to Almirah large steel as in replacement of existing unserviceable shelfs of shape/ size and all as shown on drg. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new hinges of suitable size made out of 20 gauge of MS sheet suitably welded to shutters of Almirah large steel as in replacement of existing unserviceable hinges all as shown on drg. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new lock having duplicate keys as in replacement of unserviceable lock of same size / specification to Almirah steel large of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the old unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new suitable hand rest for chair CB steel made of 1st class hard wood and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black and fixing with suitable machine screws all as shown in drg and as directed.

Cleaning the MS tublar frame with emery paper and welding wherever required, and painting with synthetic enamel paint (olive green) to steel frame, and providing 04 Nos PVC Shoes with screws at bottom of steel frame and 02 Nos PVC plug at notched holes at top complete as shown on drg and as directed.

Supply and fix new arm rest made of Teak wood of existing size, shape and pattern duly polished in replacement of of old unserviceable/ broken arm rest of chair easy all as specified on drg and as directed.

Recanning of Chair Easy as per the requirement with plastic cane 4mm wide Gola type Shah/ Primier brand weaving as per Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing of unserviceable cane and providing PVC shoes for legs and polishing with french polish complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair Varandah (Ref Drg No : FD- 256/19m)

Removing of unserviceable cane, PVC toes, derusting/ rubbing old surfaces with sand paper and recanning to chair verandah with plastic cane 4mm wide Gola type Shah/ Primier brand and apply one coat of white synthetic enamel paint after minor welding wherever required on complete chair including and preparation of surface and making free from paint residue. Weaving shall not be more than 10 Nos on back, vertical/ weaving lines on seat and back shall not be less than 22 lines vertically and not less than 44 lines horizontally and supply and fix new PVC toes to each chair complete all as specified on Drg and as directed.

BED PLYWOOD TOP (Ref Drg No : FD-246)

Supply and fix of 12 mm thick commercial type BWR grade plywood top of size 1900x900 mm to Bed ply wood top in replacement of unserviceable ply wood top including tightening of loose frame / assembling of loose components complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of head board complete as shown on drg and beading made of teak wood, inner battens of soft wood and ply wood 4 mm thick one side teak faced as in replacement of unserviceable head board complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix of foot board complete as shown on drg and beading made of teak wood, inner battens of soft wood and ply wood 4 mm thick one side teak faced as in replacement of unserviceable foot board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of legs and short rail as per existing shape /size complete as shown on drg No. 246 made of teak wood as in replacement of unserviceable legs and short rail complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Serviceable wood obtained from long rail can be used for short rail/ legs)

Supply and fix in replacement of long rail made of hard wood size 90 x 35 x 1920 mm long for bed ply wood top complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for re-polishing of complete exposed surface of Bed ply wood top after preparation of surface with french polish (One or more coats as required) complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR WBB (Ref Drg No : DB-412)

Supply and fix 12 mm thick ply wood seat shape/size as per drg as in replacement of unserviceable seat of chair WBB complete all as specified and directed.

Recanning of Chair Dining with white plastic cane 2 to 2.5mm wide inside and 3.5 to 4 mm wide for border Gola type Shah/ Primer brand weaving as per Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the holes for recanning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) legs shape / size as per drg as in replacement of unserviceable legs of chair dining and providing PVC shoes for legs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for re-polishing of complete exposed surface of Chair Dining after preparation of surface with french polish (One or more coats as required) complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR :- (Ref Drg No : FD-39(m))

Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI charpoy and tightening the joints and Supply and fix new plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980x900 mm and weighing 1.5 kg/sqm with ISI mark duly supported with two numbers MS Iron Strip of size 40x6x900 mm fixed with bolt parallel to short rails at a equal distance. Each charpoy shall be fixed with eight numbers bolt of size 75 mm x 6 mm drilled to pipe. MS Iron strips shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer before fixing for the plywood complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR WRITING (Ref Drg No : FD-280)

Supply and fix new front/ rear leg made of Teak wood of size and shape and pattern as shown on drg duly polished as in replacement of unserviceable/ broken legs of chair writing and providing PVC shoes all as specified on drg and as directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (Ref Drg No : FD-281)

Supply and fix 12mm thick plywood seat for Sofa set 5 seater(3+1+1) as per drawing as in replacement of unservacable plywood all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Supply and fix of Seat cushions of size 530 mm x 560mmx 100mm thick density 32 covered /stiched with new tapestry cloth over new malmal cloth for five seater sofa set as in replacement . Quality and colour of tapestry cloth shall be approved by Engineer -in- charge.

Supply and fix of Back cushions of size 530 mm x 560mmx 100mm thick density 32 covered /stiched with new tapestry cloth over new malmal cloth for five seater sofa set as in replacement . Quality and colour of tapestry cloth shall be approved by Engineer -in- charge.

Material and labour for re-polishing of complete exposed surface of sofa set 5 seater(3+1+1) with french polish (One or more coats as required) after rubbing /scrapping with sand paper and filling holes with putty /wood filler and claen with cloth complete all as specified and directed.

SIDE BOARD (Ref Drg No : FD-241)

Removing the unserviceable door of side board and supply and fix 18 / 19 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board natural teak shade one side and other side white in 2 parts of size 835x655mm duly complied with Piano Hinges, knobs, locks etc as shown in drg and as specified. Note : Double door will be measured as a single unit

Removing the unserviceable particle board of side portion and supply and fix new 18 / 19 mm thick Prelaminated particle Board one side natural teak and other side white of size 455x625mm as shown in drg and as directed

Removing the unserviceable plywood from back of side board and supply and fix new plywood of size 625x1100mm, 6mm thick as shown in the drg and as directed

Removing the unserviceable leg with frame of side board and supply and fix new frame of size 1050x360mm made out of teak wood stiffners of size 25x45mm all around with 4 Nos legs made out of teak wood of size 45x45x125mm on top and 25x25x125mm at bottom as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable drawers of side board and supply and fix new drawer sets consisting of 4Nos. as per drawing all as specified and as directed. Note : Four Nos. of drawer will be measured as a single unit

Removing the unserviceable bottom of side board and supply and fix new bottom made out of 18 / 19 mm thick particle board both side commercial of size 1220x460mm as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable top and supply and fix new top made out of 18 / 19 mm thick particle board one side teak face of size 1220x460mm as shown in drg and as directed.
