(h) Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly Maintenance as per OEM's instruction should be done in the presence of MES Rep and recorded & signed by the operator in a register as specimen given by the dept and obtain signatures of JE, AGE and contractor. (The Register shall be provided and maintained by contractor without claiming any extra cost to the Govt.) (j) The operator employed by the contractor is capable to attend the breakdown complaint on receipt of any complaint from user. If any material required to rectify the said complaint shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

(k) The contractor is responsible for the following :- (a) Maintenance of Batteries of DG set (The cost of distilled water and electrolyte and other materials required for maintenance of batteries is deemed to be included in the quoted rate) (b) Cleaning and upkeep of complete installation premises and equipments. (c) Replacement of drop out fuse on two pole structures in the installation to restore elect supply of 33/11 KV. (d) Elect/ Helper should be capable to identify the faults in HT/LT distribution system attend and rectify minor / major complaints in AOR, (from AWC gate No-4 two pole structure to New FAD Including No light, sparking etc of FAD) (e) Contrator shall provide dress and gum boot to the operators and Helpers.

Manning and operation of 11 KV/440 Sub Station including all switch gears installed at New FAD, round the clock in three shifts as detailed below by employing One helper as per E-in-C's standing orders in three shifts of 0800 hrs each from (0600hrs to 1400hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) (Each shift means complete continuous 08 hrs duration) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying cables and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles , stay assembly all as specified.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Supply and spread river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I/

Taking down unserviceable/ rusted / broken stay assembly complete with all accessories including breaking PCC complete all as directed by Engr -I - charge.

Trimming /cutting of trees branches /bushes obstructing the HT/LT lines making clear distance of 3 RM from the outer conductors of OH Lines all around including removing of branches/bushes of trees from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt out service connection cable for street/security lights including old/broken PVC conduit and clamps from pole upto light fitting for necessary replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Manning and operation of New Ammunition Depot pump house at Adm area including installation/ equipments detailed below by employing one FGM, in three shifts of Eight hours duration of each shift (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including maintaining of log sheets. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES:- I. Machinery/Equipment to be manned and operated:-

NOTE:- (for item No 9.00 ) 1. The operator employed by the contractor must be a skilled FGM sub to ITI qualified in appropriate trade with five years of experience in concerned operation field and fully concern to maintenance. 2. The operator must adhered the dress code as directed. 3. The operator must be known to attend the telephone calls and to maintain the record. 4. The operator must be smart in conversation and well behaved. 5. The contractor is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of installation premises and equipments. 6. Daily Log sheets shall be provided and maintained by the Contractor as per specimen given by the department without claiming any extra cost from department. 7. Surrounding area inside the installation should be kept clean & tidy. 8. As per Industrial act one person should not be continued on duty more than six days in a week and he should be given weekly off day for his personal maintenance and one reliever off duty should be employed by the contractor without claiming extra cost from the dept. 9. Plant running record, log book & long sheets for DG Sets, Pump Sets and other eqpts etc. at the installation as per specimen given by the department shall be provided and maintained by the operator as per procedure in vogue. 10. If the installation found unclean (i.e. not upto the satisfactory level of the Engr-in-Charge), a penalty of Rs-500/- for that day will be deducted from the RAR/ Bill. 11. Operator should be capable of attending the minor / major complaints.

11. M&L for cleaning of under ground Sump of capacity 25000 Gallons, by scraping with the help of hard wire steel brushes and physical cleaning of sump after lowering/drying the water with the help of Pump sets/ manual/ washout valves etc. deposit the muddy and other waste materials and taking them out with the help of manual labour and depositing them at a distance of not more than 50Mtrs all as directed and specified and making sump complete clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed in water and applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire inner surface of the sump including writing of Date of cleaning with white paint on black painted surface at minimum two places out side /top of sump and painting of steel ladder of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including painting and rewriting of water level indicator with existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in – charge. Note:- 1. Necessary T & P and material for the Job will be arranged by contractor and ensure uninterrupted water supply to Mhow cantt.

Dismantling mono block/centrifugal pump set motor from the existing foundation after disconnecting the inlet / out let pipe connections, disconnecting electrically and taking to civil authorised KIRLOSKAR dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by replacement the worn out defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, bush, Gland plate, gland rope check nut, shaft sleeves etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation including bringing back the same from workshop after necessary servicing and testing the same after proper mounting/refixing for entire satisfaction of Engr - in - Charge all as directed/specified of capacity 5 HP.

Disconnecting/ removing the defective starter from the LT panel board and Supply & fixing new Cosmic Star-Reversing Starter 415 volts 3 phase with single phase protection feature with overload relay range 7 to 10 Amp and Contactors suitable for 5 HP electric motor at the existing panel board in position and making electric connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding the monoblock induction motor of capacity 5 HP using suitable size super enamelled insulated copper wires replacing the worn out bushes bearing etc complete and reassembling pump and motor lowering the complete assembly in the bore well up to the original depth including jointing weather proof cable with water proof sealing kit of M seal make including testing etc complete for satisfactory operation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, available Chlorine 60% to 70% by weight of the compound as per manufacturers instruct ructions and packed in 45 Kg plastic drums complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Aquafit/ Declibac

Servicing to trolley mounted Diesel engine driven fire pump including replacing the fuel filter, oil filter including replacing the engine oil complete testing after servicing all as directed and specified of capacity 36.8 KW. Note Engine oil will be measured and paid separately

M& L for preparation of surfaces on old painted surfaces of trolley mounted Fire DG pump set and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of capacity 36.8 KW in situ and writing the SM/MES No on two visible places on Fire DG set all as directed at site

Supply, laying and testing of centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe Class K-9 pipes duly applied with zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen on external surfaces and cement mortar lining with bituminous seal coat on internal surfaces complete confirming to IS-8329 (2000), in and including rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge at site of following sizes. Notes :- For all Items of BOQ ; If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e. 35.00 Lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of finacial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e. 35.00 Lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. The said Amt deposited by the lowest bidder will be released after two months of certified completion of work.
