Maintenance of water supply, Sanitary installation system, Carpentry work (Wood work) through the Contractor labour's engaged on daily rate basis as per details below and subject to Annexed additional conditions: (i) All the petty items used in maintenance will be supplied by the Department. Bamboo for cleaning Sewer line and General T&P required by Mason, Carpenter, and Plumber for maintenance will be arranged by the agency since cost of these items have been considered in the rates. (ii) Work will be executed upto any height of the building. (iii)Electricity required if any in maintenance work will be supplied by the Department free of cost: (iv) Water will be supplied by the Department. (v) If labour absent more than 6 day in the month, double rate recovery shall be made from contractor bill. (vi) The working hours for labour shall be 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM and Asst. Plumber / Asst . Carpenter/Sewerman will have own Bicycle for going to attained assigned duties inside the ALTTC compound at own expenditure/ maintenance .( Vii )Decision will be given by Engineer-in-charge for increasing / decreasing for engaging of labours for carried out maintenance work .
