Disconncting,dismantling the exsiting LT panel Meter board of size 1500mmX1800mmX350mm,415 Volt,3 phase,4 wire with bus bar 400 amp capacity from exsiting foundation after taking proper shut down and restoration of electric supply to quaters by necceasary arrangements as directed and keeping safe custody for re fixing back including connecting up all connections, new foundation,connecting up all dismantled connection and ensure proper electricsupply distribution to users DB after carry out the following repair works in panel all as specified and directed.

Provisioning of additional Din rail for MCB SPN all as specified and directed.

Cutting the rusted out portion of the LT panel board and Welding with new sheets of thickness 2 mm including necessary fabrication at site not exceeding 1sqmtr and necessary painting etc all as specified and directed.

Replacement of view glass for meter compartment all as specified and directed.

Reconnecting the sub mains to the MCB's and MCCB's terminal with the help of copper lugs and thimbles and tightening properly in such a way that no leakage current found during site inspection all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting,dismantling the existing LT panel Meter board for LIFT of size 600mmX1400mmX300mm with angle frame 50mmX50mmX6mm ,415 Volt,3 phase,4 wire with bus bar 400 amp capacity from existing foundation after taking proper shut down and restoration of electric supply to quarters by necessary arrangements as directed and keeping safe custody for re fixing back including connecting up all connections, new foundation, connecting up all dismantled connection and ensure proper electric supply distribution to users DB after carry out the following repair works in panel all as specified and directed.

Complete painting with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour with writing/making of connection details including Bldg no., danger sign board etc all as specified and directed.

Welding of rusted out sheets with new sheets of thickness 2 mm.(not exceeding 1sqmtr) all as specified and directed.

Replacement of view glass for meter compartment all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical connection (taking proper shunt down) of the LT panel meter board,removing the rust and old paints from the panel body with suitable scruber and Painting one coat red oxide and over two coat paint existing colour (approved make of paint by Engr-in -Charge) with writing details including Bldg no., danger sign board etc and restoration of electric suply complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board test point at the other and watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32X6 mm galvanized iron strip all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving thickness not exc. 15 cm (below or above ground level) for removal of LT underground cable/GI pipe of any size description and making good ( PCC 1:3:6) the same as per existing specifications after relaying existing cable / GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary wire mesh and glass pieces should be provided during PCC for prevention of rat and the rates are included the quoted rate completeall as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bracing supporting, clamps and back plates frabcated from structural steel section incl nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Taking down Old US Switch fuse unit any type removing materials for taking credit

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 250 amp, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA , Icu=100% Ics thermal magnetic type adjustable type 80 to 100 % confirming to IEC-60947-II, IS-13947-II , including thimbles, nuts, bolts ,washers etc and connections, replacement of thimbles, minor parts like nuts bolts washer etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting mains connection and taking out old sub main wiring single core 6/10 sqmm and one single core 2.5/4/6/10 sqmm aluminum conductor cable from the concealed conduit from the wall/ceiling and making good to the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 2 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC fixed to wall conduit and its accessories along with 1x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly Make Havells cat No WHFFDN A1 6x 0 all as specified and directed. Note Electrician having proper safety rope with safety belt/strap during sub main wiring for fixing PVC conduit along the bldg within the shaft.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 2 x 10 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC fixed to wall conduit and its accessories along with 1x 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly Make Havells cat No WHFFDN B1010 all as specified and directed. Note Electrician having proper safety rope with safety belt/strap during sub main wiring for fixing PVC conduit along the bldg. within the shaft

Disconnecting mains connection and taking out old distribution board 8/12 way SPN with 200 amp rated bus bar complete with MCB and making good to the disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made sheet steel distribution boards, double door, SPN, 8 way, concealed type, 240 volts AC with suitable busbar, neutral link, earth link suitable for MCB, DP/SPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing all as specified and directed.

S&F MCBs 6-32 Amps, SP, 10 kA rupturing capacity 'C' curve and fixing in DBs all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand cat No 408587-95 or equivalent Make in Schneider/L&T
