Overhauling of OLTC along with RTCC panel for smooth operation of Tap changer during voltage variation, Major work required in the OLTC Chamber: 1. Check and Overhaul of Motor drive for smooth operation without any noise from RTCC panel from Tap 1 to Tap 17 back and forward Operation at each Tap. 2. Replacement of Fuses. 3. Replace transition Resistor. 4. Gear Box Overhaul for proper coordination with motor shaft. Teeth and grove checked and replaced faulty. 5. Replace the Contact Pad. 6. Smooth operation for Tap changer from Local i.e. from OLTC Tap Changer. 7. Repairing of any damaged lead or contacts. Warranty 1 year
Major work required in RTCC Panel: 1. Operation of Controlling Switch automatically as well as manually from Panel. 2. Replace faulty Voltmeter with digital voltmeter. 3. Replace faulty digitalTap Position Indicator. 4. Three Phase Faulty Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) relay replaced. 5. AVR operation in forward and backward direction. Warranty 1 year
Associated Work: 1. Winding resistance test performed before and after Overhauling of OLTC. 2. Drain of OLTC Tank Oil and Top up with BDV 60kV after filtration. 3. Opening and closing of OLTC & RTCC Panel to complete the task successfully. 4. Painting of RTCC Panel. 5. Any other work related to OLTC & RTCC panel for smooth function. Warranty 1 year
