Providing and errecting direction and place identification retro - reflectorised signs as per IRC 67-2001 made of High intensity Grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3 fixed over Aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick with area exceeding 0.90 Sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground/ Bridge structure by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm. 60 cm below ground level / other means as per site constraints etc., complete and in the bridge locations, the height of the post mentioned above is only tantative and it may be providedaccording to the site conditions and it has to be fixed to the crash barrier with necessary steel brackets or clamps and fixing with necessary joinaries and concrete, The cost is inclusive of all the above items, labout, material charges etc., for providingand fixing as per MORT&H specification No. 801in the ROB.

Sub Work - ROAD FURNITURES

Providing and fixing unidirectional or bi directional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / Road studs moulded from ASA (acrylic strene acrylonitrite) of HIPS (high impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Reflective panels shall consist of number of lanes containing single or dual prismatic cube capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent etc., complete (As per technical specification of NHAI clause A-8)

Sub Work - ROAD FURNITURES

Supplying and installation of Delineators( road way indicators, Hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, burried or pressed in to the ground conforming to IRC 79 etc., complete( as per MoRT&H Sp, No.805)

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorized hazard Marker sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade sheeting confirming to Type IV standards of IRC 67-2012 and astm D 4956-09 specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25*25*3mm mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75*75*6mm and 0.6m below Ground level. The sugn post should be painted as per IRC67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45*45*60 cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipments, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity retor reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of retro reflection as per table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of 3 years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (as per MORTH specification no.801) - ROAD FURNITURES

Disposal of excavated earth materials, done along with the process of earthwork excavation, by mechanical transport with a lead of 5km and stacking the earth to departmental gauge / free gauge at the ROB site before loading into lorries/tippers as per the directions of Departmental officers and as per the standard specifications, the payment for disposal of earth will be made after deducting a loose volume of 20% of the quantity from the stack measurement quantity, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MOST 301.
