Site clearence etc.

Class 150 sub class 'A' brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & up to plinth including supply of all materials and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work . As per (S.l.No305b)

12 mm. thick Plaster with Cement and approved coarse sand morter 1:3 on top of roof (Minimum thickness not less than 100 mm) including neat cement finish and supply of all matarial, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per (S.l.No 584)

C.C 1:2:4 witl stone gril over top of walls and drain bed (25MM D.P.C)

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in bed blocks excluding the supply of rainforcement & its bending but including its biding the same with 24 BWG, Gl binding wire and alsoincluding providing & fixing the necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other materials labour tools and plants required for the proper completion of work (Labour rate includes cost of centering and shuttering) .

Mild steel of iron work in plain work such as in reinforced concreate or reinforced brick work (When not included in overall rate) wrought to required shapes as necessary and bending for the proper completion of work including supply of steel and its wastages and all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work note the steel shall bent cold and all bends hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured

Earthwork in eenvntion of foundatlon in ordinty soll (loan, clay sand) inchoding liftupto 1,30 m and fend upto 30 em Inctuding Alling, watering nnd rnming of exenvated eatth into the trenches or in the plinth and temoval and disposal of surplus earth as dlrected by the Eng inchuding upto a distance of 30 itt from foundation as per (8.1.No.251)

Concrete with 40nu pauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1,25 F.M and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors inchuding supply of all material labours tools and plants ete required for the proper completion of the work (S.I.No275)

Providing and Laying of factory made 80 min thíck rubber moulded interlocking cement concrete tilles (30 mpa) inchuding 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P ete, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
