Disconnecting the cable connection from the motor terminal with lifting of pump motor set from the sump chamber & cleaning the whole pump motor set & keep it in safe side as per instruction of EIC.

Dismantling the total motor unit part by part such as cable gland, motor cover, motor casing, mechanical seals, drain out of oil, rotor with shaft etc. by using special tools & gas burner as required without damaging the spares.

Thorough cleaning of foreign materials clog etc. from pump impeller.

Transportation of submersible pump motor set from pumping station to Agency's workshop & return to the pumping station.

Finishing the end of 11 core 16 sq. mm unarmoured power cable by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless copper sockets, tapes, anticorrosive paste and jointing materials etc.

Old winding of the stator to be stripped. Stator slot to be filled, cleaned & dressed. Complete re-winding of the stator winding with new conductor and class 'H' insulation. Winding to be baked, varnished & cured properly. High power testing etc. to be baked varnished & cured properly. High power testing to be done as per direction pf Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & pouring requisite quqntity of radicool PI 60 coolant into the seal encloser.

Assembly the pump motor unit part by part with necessary gaskets specified rubber rings nuts & bolts lock washers etc.

Testing with nitrogen for motor sealing, testing for leakages of mechanical seal chamber with compressed air, electrical high pressure testing , measuring of IR value and all other relevant test as per the desired procedures.

Diver(Duburi),with all necessary safety arrangements for lifting and lower the above mentioned pump motor set.

Painting with one coat Zinc Chromate priming, 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over primer, 2nd coat of synthetic paint over the 1st coat of motor body.

Supply, fitting, fixing of Bearing no 6314-2RS1/C3, SKF/FAG or any reputed make.

Supply, fitting, fixing of Bearing no NU 207 ECP/C3, SKF/FAG or any reputed make.

Supply and replacement of mechanical seal(2 nos) along with necessary rubber ring as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories of 7 core 16 sq. mm unarmoured copper power cable for submersible pump-motor.

Lower down the pump motor set after complete assembling and connect the electric line in the starter panel board and trial run.

Mfg. supply, fitting fixing of new rotor shaft (Magnetic stainless steel) grade SS -410

Machining & grinding work in 3 nos. erroded C.I. duct foot bends at the basement of pump sitting arrangement at DWF Sump Chamber by engaging experienced Mechanic, mechinist & helper with the help of gas cutter, grinder m/c along with all safety equipments, arrangements etc.

6" Dia. Diesel operated protable pump along with Operator, Helper etc. to dry the sump chamber to access the C.I. duct foot bends. Cost per hour when pump is in operation @ of Rs. 268/ hour Total cost = 6 days X 8 hours/day X @ Rs. 268 /hour
