Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/cequivalent design mix)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth includingnecessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of Asian paints or equivlant of approved shade and manufacture on ceiling/slopping surfaces and undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6 mm,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold ofmild steel angle 50X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and pannelled and glazed door shutter( in Second class Deodar wood having Top rail 10x4 cm (Ten into four centimetre) middle rail 15x4 cm (Fifteen into four centimetre) and bottom rail 20x4 (Twenty into four centimetre) cm sash bar 4x4 cm (Four into four centimetre) below middle rail and above middle rail 5 mm (Five millimeter) thick glass)i/c black enammelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc comp. 40 mm (Forty Five millimetre) thick as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point fifty six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestory windows including second class deodar wood ornamental beading 20 mm × 12.5 mm (Twenty millimeter into twelve point five millimeter) section including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) thick First class deodar wood as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in woodan frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill as per HP. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with ready mixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. with ready mixed paint other than White paint.

Wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/ plaster wall surfaces to give an even shade incluiding thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foriegn matter and sand papered smooth incluiding applying of putty a required for metling the surface, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .
