Earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils exceipt hard rock requiring blasting with intial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layers of 15cm thick watering, ramming, depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (s2), VII 9,10.

Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix (one part cement, Four part sand Eight part aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V, VI (S5A) VII.

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10 stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all material to site etc., complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 20 & 85

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using best quality Chamber Bricks of size 8 3/4 ” x 4 1/4 ” x 2 3/4 ” including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
