EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc. complete.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Lintel, Roof Beam, Roof Slab Ceiling & Bottom to Septic Tank

Sunshade

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying & Applying of 2 coat of putty of 3mm thick over exposed RCC Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dustand scrubbing including of all labour charges etc., complete

Plastering with CM 1:4, 20mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with scratch proof design ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly completed.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick including finishing the joints neatly completed.

Dadooing walls with Colour Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard.

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. i. 20mm thick for Resid

Distembering two coats using best approved Interiar oil destember with one coat primer over New plastered Surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Painting Two Coats Approved Plastic Emultion Paint with one coat primer over New Cement Plastered surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete. Schedule ItemNo.359 – B)

Painting two Coats over New iron Works using best quality of enamel paint including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete.
