Construction of L.T. ABC Line to replace damaged L.T Line at Gudiya Talab to Mercury Chauraha, Khuldabad, Garhikala, Leader Road & Construction of H.T. Line at Chhaya Medical, Beniganj under jurisdiction of EUDD, Kalyani Devi, Prayagraj in Business Plan 2021-22 Scheme including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to Dump site and vice-versa.

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 9/11 Mtr. long STP single pole with necessary arrangement for cable/LT ABC hanging like as an end pole, Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for LT line. (Grouting, plinthing & others required materials will be provided by the contractor. Only STP and Earthing Rod with G.I. wire will be provided by the department.)

Errection & grouting of stay Rod with Cement, Sand and Bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (Grouting materials and Stay Clamp will be arranged by the contractor and Stay rod with Stay wire will be provided by the department).

Hanging of single ckt. 11 KV, 3x70 sq mm XLPE cable on all ready errected 11 Mtr. long STP including laying of Stay Wire with the help of suitable size turn buckle for each cable complete with all required accessories (only XLPE cable will be provided by the department).

Hanging of Arial Bunch Conductor (3x120+1x95+1x16 sq mm) after fixing all necessary accessories like I-Hook, I-Hook clamp, Dead-end Clamp, Suspension Clamp & Nut & Bolt on all ready errected 9/11 mtr long STP complete . (Only A.B. Cable will be provided by the department).

Spreading & Stringing of 1 No. wire Continuous ACSR DOG Conductor for (S/Ckt) for neutral as per Line Chart) and including its binding with insulator Complete in all respect. (DOG Conductor will be provided by the department.)

Installation of Distribution Box with necessary clamp on already errected 9/11 mtr. long pole (required materials like D.B., Clamps, nut & bolt, Bare neutral connector (PRC) , L.T. Connector, Aluminium cable etc. will be arranged by the contractor).

Erection and grouting of L.T. cubical Box, making platform & plastering the same with cement, sand in ratio 1:6 , fixing the tailless unit 500/300 Amp., making L.T Busbar and its taping complete in all respect. (Cubical Box with Tailless unit will be provide by the department & Other grouting material will be arranged by the contractor own his cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod with G.I. Wire will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Fixing of 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits Outdoor/ indoor jointing kit conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x70 sq mm XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Dismantling of Old and used 9 mtr long STP Pole & Angle, Loading, Carriage and unloading of dismantled items from work site to Store Centre Naini/Power House Store.
