CABIN:Supply and Fabrication and erection of driver Cabin using angle 35X 35 X 5 mm frame work complete with 18 SWG G.I. side sheets, 22SWG G.Ifront and side glass frames, and 24 SWG GI cabin top sheet. Providing 1-inch thick waterproof plywood for rear cabin side, left and right side glass type doors, sliding type windows, 8 mm plywood inner panelling, interior 3 box-type mica sheet finishing, inner tool box and dashboard arrangements, driver rear-side cushioned seat, new front show set, and 75x40x5 mm channel support. Providing of Cabin front and rear view camera with 12 inch display with necessary arrangements. Providing front show-set panel with 18 SWG G.I sheet, front silver grill set, headlight covers- 2 Nos., complete aluminium beading, cabin name board, chromium posts- 2 Nos. for inner cabin inner sides, rear side 4” x 2” channel supports, decorative show beadings, handles, and luxury driver seat complete with all materials, fabrication, fittings, finishing and labour charges complete. BODY: Supply of materials and Fabrication works of full Body structure of size 18 feet length x 8 feet breadth x 2.5 feet height. Providing and fixing body long beams-2 Nos of size 5"X3” cross channel - 9 Nos of size 100X50X5mm. body angle 50X50X5mm, and 5mm chequered plate flooring. Providing 3mm thick body side sheets. Wheel mudguard - 4 Nos. made of 18 SWG sheet, U clamp – 10Nos and body hook-24 Nos. Supply and fixing danger Grill 2-Nos, rear door arrangements andside body panels complete. Providing battery box 1-No with Locking arrangement.Fabrication and providing of suitable loading spring plate at front and rear sides of the vehicle. The work includes complete fabrication, welding, gas cutting, grinding, finishing, fitting and labour charges. ELECTRICAL WORK: Supply and Installation of complete electrical system including headlight doom assembly-2 set, head light bulb-2 Nos, head light cut outer-1 No, Cabin top light-1 No, cabin top side indicator lights-2 Nos, Cabin rear focus light-1 No, reverse horn-1 No and Air horn – 1No. The scope includes 1complete wiring works with all necessary materials, testing and labour charges. COMPLETE PAINTING WORK: Complete Painting works with using good quality primer and paint, including Cabin-4 Coats, Chassis-2 Coats, Body -3 Coats and lettering works, including surface preparation, lettering works, all painting materials, consumables and labour charges for completion of the work.Supply and arrangements of Hydraulic jockey and with liver 1 No 30 Ton Capacity and chain block 1 No. 1 ton capacity including all applicable charges.

Four spring cut recondition extra spring leaf 10 Nos, U clamp 8 Nos, side clamp 16 Nos, centre bolt 4 Nos changing.
