Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 511 LPM against a head of 86 mtr (20 BHP) along with including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 100mm=50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications. Including cost of submersible cable 6mm2 = 100 mtr.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete rate 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand filling

Supply & fixing of pressed steel frames (chowkats) consisting of 18 gauge (1.25mm thick steel sheet of specified section standard design latest) including iron lugs (hold fasts) for iron hings conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock, netch bolts, hydraulic spring and finished with one priming coat of approved quality fixed in position including cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame and cement concrete for 1:2:4 for lugs complete.

Repair of OHSR

Repair of Expansion Joint. Size 100 mm i/d complete in all respects.

Repair of Tank wall including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Repair of bottom dome complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Repair of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall & inside earth filling with lead 5 kms. Complete in all respect as per drawing D-9 & Analysis of Rates A-10-1 to A-10-6 complete in all respect.

Repair of Water Works

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (a) With special quality paint

Repair of Main gate pillar and corner pillars.

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level.

Detail of Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Component -3

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
