M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:6) as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface of tile, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc. over and including 10mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete M-15 Nominal Mix (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacinng courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Using 20 mm well graded stone agg as in cover slab, Beams , cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, chajja etc, complete, all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type C1 Using 20 mm well graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.
