Outsourcing of services for Central /package type AC plants of capacity 3x75 TR at workshop building comprising of compressors, condensers, cooling towers, chillers, AHU's and pipe lines from cooling tower to pumps, refrigerant piping of all gauges, controls, expansion valves, filters, suction and discharge valves, electric motors of compressors, blowers, mono block pump sets including all starters of all motors, electrical panel including bus bars, insulators, humidifiers, meters including charging of refrigerant gas R-22/134a/407c as and when required, `O' rings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, routine checks like oil checking, `V' belts checking, gas (R-22/R-134a/407c) leakage checking, electrical control panel checking , greasing to motors & pump sets, but excluding repairs to the plants etc complete in one shift of 8 hours from 0900 to 1700 hours excluding Sundays/holidays complete all directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but of capacity 3x40 TR control AC plants at explosive bldg in one shift of 8 hours from 0900 to 1700 hours excluding Sundays/holidays complete all directed.

Note for item Nos 1.00 & 2.00 :- (i) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Refrigerant gas for topping up shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. If on any account due to the neligence, gas leaks, gas shall be topped up by the contractor at no extra cost to the department and the decision of GE shall be final and binding.

(iii) Rate quoted is deemed to include the following (a) leave reserve/off of the staff employed. (b) The cost of uniform, shoes, and utilisation gloves for tradesmen employed. (c) necessary Tools & Plants . (d) Minimum wages to the employees to be paid as per the norms of Min wages of labour. (e) Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage, ESI & PF as applicable in accordance with Govt. of India (f) During operation of installations/equipments necessary safety precautions/safety devices to be adopted & in case of any eventuality to tradesmen/operators the contractor is fully responsible. (g) The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department .

Leak testing of the AC plant of capactiy 2x22 TR with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of the existing gas from the system into empty cylinder by separating the entire system, like compressors, evaporator, condensers, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying the leakage including cutting welding brazing etc and replacing of 'O' ring, washers, gaskets etc flushing out the Nitrogen and vaccumising, recharging the taking out refrigerant gas including testing complete all as directed.

Servicing, greasing, overhauling of AHU blower motor Of any capacity, checking the pulleys, base frame, cooling to opening covers and replacing the bearings, pulleys as per the existing model, lubricating all mechanical parts with synthetic grease and reassembling all parts, aligning of the pulley to its original position complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge

Supply & fix PVC spray nozzles 3/4" dia flower type, (PVC pipe, bend, nipple of required sizes) suitable for 80/100/120 TR capacity cooling tower including removing the unserviceable sparay nozzles from site complete all as directed. Make - MIHIR/PAHARPUR.

Dismantling the complete cooling tower forced draft fan assembly of capacity 1x39 TR AC plant and supply & fixing new fan blade and fan motor (ISI marked) as per the existing capacity shaft hub key including aligning of fan blades including testing to the entire satisfaction complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the repairable centrifugal pumping sets from the existing central AC plants of capacity 20 HP to 30 HP and replaceing the impeller, bearing, bush, gasket sets, nut & bolts etc., including reinstallation of the plants, reconnecting the same with electrical connections and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable solenoid valve assembly and supply and fix solenoid assembly of MOP275 PSI, SWP 300PSI and reconnect and testing complete all as directed. Make : Sporlon/Sanlan/Denfoss

Material and labour for taking out the damaged insulation portion of existing outdoor duct, cleaning the duct, applying two coats of CPRX compound to cleaned portion of duct, applying one coat of bitumen paint, fixing of 50mm thick glass wool of 48 KG density to the duct and sealing it with hessian cloth and 15 mm thick chicken wire mesh and 15mm thick sand cement plaster with cement mortor CM 1:4 to the duct and applying two coats of white wash and two coats of snow cem of excising color and site clearance of old debris and making good all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out the damaged insulation portion of existing refrigerant line/chilled water pipe line of sizes and cleaning the pipe and insulation with thermocole pipe section TF quality wrapped around pipe and fixing with GI wire mesh, plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick finished smooth and duly painted with two coats of cement based paint of existing colour and site clearance of old debris all as specified and directed

M&L for painting the interior and exterior parts of cooling towers with epoxy seal paint as per the manufactures specifications including preparing the surfaces of cooling towers after removing all the PVC fill, nozzles, ID fan and cleaning the water in collecting tray for algae free surfaces using necessary detergent chemicals complete sealing the leakage on the body if any while applying the epoxy sealing paint complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out u carefully the PLC Board of 3x7.5 TR capacity central AC plant of any make /model taking to the authorised service centre, checking all the components and replace the defective components of any type (electrical/electronic) updating the software as per OEM and checking the PLCB for complete working condition and re-fixing the PLCB to its original position connecting all cables and testing complete all as directed.
