The Contractor should submit routine test certificate from manufacturer & latest CPRI test report for the product withstood 50kA rms for 1.0 s & 115 kA Peak & test report of BFC NABL accredited (ROHS, Leachable Elements test, resistivity corrosion).

Note for item No 17.00 & 18.00 Installation of Earth Pit:- Digging & excavation of earth pit of 8-10 inch dia 11 feet depth. The earth electrode of 89 mm dia to be inserted in the pit & rest area of the pit to be filled & packed with ELECTRODITE bfc & same to be rammed to clear air gape. Additionally around a driven earth electrode a circular trench is to dug 1 feet away from earth electrode about 1 feet dia & 6inch-1 feet depth.TERRION bfc is to be filled & packed in the dug trench by pouring some water & cover the same with soil & finally the terminal to be connected with conductors & FRP/POLYPLAST earth pit cover to be fixed for safe guard of earth pit.

Supply and install of rectangular Acrylic and steel sign boards with LED tube lights inside for all sub stations, made out of steel and acrylic sheet on front with blue colour and white font of size 5' x 3' x1' (LxHxW) alongwith 50x50x5 mm angle iron of 4 feet length above ground level and 2 feet below ground level on sides of the sign boards including syntax box with MCB and PCC work for erecting of the sign board, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The content for the sub station boards will be provided by MES. (ii) The rates includes the connection of the LED board with cable to the nearest street light supply, welding and masonry works.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables / pole and getting out in the hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m depth for laying of pipes/cables/erection of poles etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe line and electric connections of submersible pump set of 7.5 HP / 5 HP and removing it from its original position alongwith pipes and fittings carefully including chain pulley with tripod and transporting the same to the work shop (situated within the twin cities) for repair and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connecting up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling, machining and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in rate quoted. ii) Labour element is included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity including all pipes and fittings complete with chain pulley and tripod after cleaning/repairing by means into open bore well and connecting electrical and water connections including testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of the submersible motor with PVC insulated conductor with super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly for submersible motor of above 5 HP and up to 7.5 HP capacity including taking down old unserviceable existing copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 62.00 above but for the submersible motor above 3 HP and up to 5 HP capacity.

M&L disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of capacity up to 7.5 HP for inspection, repairs and reassembling the pump and motor as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning replacing the minor items like packing bolts, nuts, washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved hammertene spray paint on exposed steel surfaces, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including matching etc and testing the both after refixing and commissioning the pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The spares required for repair the pump sets will be measured and paid separately under item no 6.01 to 6.15 below under this schedule. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling and transportation from site to work shop and back shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted. (c) Labour elements shall deemed to be included in unit rate.

Supply and install in replacement of old unserviceable Monoblock Pump KDS-216++, 2.0 HP CII MS (2 HP), Head 8-35 Mtr, Impeller Material - Bronze Make: Kirloskar Product Code : D11010200120 or equivalent in KSB/JYOTI all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling and strip opening the pump including disconnecting the suction, delivery, vacuum pipe lines and coupling and removing it from its position carefully and transporting the same to the workshop for carryout necessary repairs and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including overhauling the pump set, renewal of gasket to pump, suction and delivery lines, gland packing, greasing nuts, bolts and washers, re-connecting up of the electric / water connections etc including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the capacities Pump capacity 100 HP to 180 HP. Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii) The make of existing pumps are Kirloskar/Mather&platt (IV) any additional parts required will be measured as supply only under relavant items under the schedule.

All as per item No 69.00 of Pump capacity 20 HP Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. M&L Dismantling and strip opening the motor completely including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor removing the stator and rotor units, bearings complete servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc., heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates complete at authorized workshop including transportation and refit the same after repairs and re-connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:-

M&L cutting and taking out the unserviceable / burnt out copper winding from the electric motor, preparation of the surface and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation, weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly with necessary insulating materials for the capacities 20 HP to 180 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
