Providing on hire basis of following switches and DBs(make as approved by E.I.C) on wooden plank board with suitable angle iron frame including inter-connection with suitable size of copper wire with proper socketing, earthing, attachment etc. and dismantling the same at the end of the programme as per direction of EIC (for upto 3days)

415 volt 63 Amp. TPNIC main switch with HRC/rewireable fuse

415 volts 32 Amp. Per way 8 way MCB PBDB with 100 Amp. 4- Pole MCB isolator.

240 volts 16 Amp. Per way 8 way MCB SPNDB with 63 Amp. DP MCB isolator.

Providing on hire main wiring with 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Conductor PVC / XLPE armoured cable of following sizes including through wall/floor/pavement including dismantling the same after function/programme and mending good the damages (for upto 3days)

a) 4 core 90 sqmm.

b) 2 core 10 sqmm.

Supply & fixing cable gland incl. finishing the ends for the following XLPE/PVC Al. Ar. cables by crimping method incl. S&F of solderless socket (Dowels make) , tapes, anticorrosive paste as to GS.

a) 4 core 90 sqmm.

b) 2 core 10 sqmm.

Supply & drawing on hire basis 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire of following size incl. making necy. connection as required for circuit wiring and branch wiring and dismantling the same after the function/programme as per direction of E.I.C. (for upto 3days)

a) 16 Sq mm single core PVC copper wire

b) 2.5 Sq mm single core PVC copper wire

Supplying & providing on hire basis following Metal Halide/LED flood light fittings(as approved by E.I.C.) complete with bracket and clamps on the pole/wall incl. replacement of fused lamp, if necessary & inter-connection copper wiring of suitable size & length and and dismantling the same after function/programme as per direction of E.I.C (for upto 3days)

a) 400W Metal Halide (White) (or LED equivalent) to illuminate the building wall

b) 1000W Metal Halide (White) (or LED equivalent) to illuminate the North & South face

c) 2000W Metal Halide (White) (or LED equivalent) to illuminate the North & South face

Supplying & providing on hire basis 240V A. C. 18"/24" sweep Air Circulater/pedestal fan of metal body with earthing attachment. (for upto 3days)

Transportation charges incl. loading & unloading of the above-said materials for Electrical Installation from agency's godown to Kolkata Raj Bhavan & back to go-down after the end of the program.

Charges for providing/engagement of 3 nos. skilled Electrician and 2 nos. of unkilled electrician in one shift for looking after the afore-said temporary Electrical installation with all requisite tools & plants, material and ladder to attend any fault immediately round the clock as per direction of EIC.

Add. G.S.T.@ 18% on total value.
