CIVIL WORKS

Earthwork in excavation in trenches for all leads & lifts in all type of strata comprising of any type of materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted excluding blasting in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged, etc,. including dressing of sides, planking & strutting, timbering ,ramming of bottom ,pumping and bailing out water ,barricading danger lighting guarding, getting out excavated soil & stacking as directed by Engineer for all leads & lifts etc. complete

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer .

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and superstructure.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All work up to Plinth level

Providing and laying up to floor 5 level cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including smooth finishing to exposed surfaces ,cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including centering and shuttering etc. in string courses ,coping ,bed plate,anchor block,plain window sills and the like.

Providing and placing in position Pre-cast concrete blocks of size 1200x1200x1200 mm along the retaining wall made up of concrete M20 (1:1.5:3) (1cement :1.5 coarse sand :3graded stone aggregate 40mm and down grade) including shuttering and centering, RPVC cross weep holes 110mm dia fitted in 110mm dia double equal junction(plain) as shown in the drawing and MS hooks of 20mm dia 02 nos, Inclusive of all Labours, Leads and lifts as per site condition, transportation from casting yard to the site , inclusive of lifting arrangement , transportation , machinaries and as directed by Engineer incharge etc complete

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:All works upto plinth level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Kotah stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand):20 mm thk

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer : Flamed finish granite stone slab. Providing & fixing 18 mm thk Flame Finish Granite Tread Tiles in single piece in Jet Black with rounded off nosing, antiskid groove laid on 20 mm (average) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with neat cement slurry including pointing with pigmented cement slurry to match the shade of slab, cleaning etc. complete. Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement Concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement Concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 60 mm thick in Grey colour (M35 grade)

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (such as weather shield,APEX) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Providing and placing in position 16 gauge stainless steel Pole mountan dust bin 50 ltr. 2 Container of grade 304 cylindrical with cover and fixed concrete platform , size (300mm dia x 600mm ht) Pole stand Hight - 1.2 m. All material shall be of approved make. All complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.

Providing & fixing in Position stainless steel (Grade 316)of guage 1.6mm handrails in ramps & landings with a top horizontal pipe of 50mm dia, vertical support of 40mm dia at 1.30mt c/c and 3 nos horizontal pipes of 20mm dia including the cost of core cutting and lock fixing chemicals etc . all pipes of mirror polish as per direction of engineers in-charge (measurement will be made along the running length of handrail).

ELECTRICAL WORKS

External Light fixtures 3 MTR Hot Dip Galvanised pole (Supply of Architectural 3mtr Height Post top pole made of Hot dipped galvanized iron sections of 139.7mm dia & 76mm dia. The Bracket will be provided with reducer/expander for holding the post top fixture on to the main pole with all arrangementshaving position perpendicular to the ground. The Pole will be placed with a Aluminium embellishments on the Middle section fora esthetic & Decorative purpose. The pole will be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix 32Amp Connectors & 6Amp MCB inside the cut window of the bottom pipe the in built box should have a flush door of suitable size.The Decorative pole willbe mounted on a square base plate of size 250 X250mm having 12mmthickness. The mounting steel plate along with hot dip galvanized foundation bolts of size M16 X450mm to be used for ensuring firm grouting in the specially designed RCC foundation. The Galvanized pole should be painted in 3 layer coating (Coating thickness should be more than 50 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer,)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation in the form of a trench as per Cable Trench Drawing provided by the Engineer?Incharge,sand cushioning with screened sand bed of 20mm thick , protective covering with bricks placed breadth-wise on top of cable all over the run( the brick protection shall cover the cable and project atleast 5 cms over the sides of the cable) and backfilling the excavated earth without stones or hard material and making the surface proper with 15 cm crown on the top complete as required.In soily strata

Supplying and making cable end terminations with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for folowing sizes of 4 Core PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, complete as required.

3 phase, 415V, 100A MCCB incoming; 12 nos. of 16 A, SP MCBs, Distribution Service Pillar suitable for outdoor installation made out of of CRCA sheet with PU painted complete with all accessories, HDGI mounting channels, clamps, ties, nut bolts etc. (12 way Distribution Service Pillar)

Earthing Sysytem Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking/lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 3.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. c)Watering GI pipe, 20 mm Class B, with funnel as per specs. d) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). e) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 3.0 mtrs(min) with soft black agriculture soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).
