Charges for erection of scaffolding arrangements required for overhauling of 20 Ton & 10 Ton capacity electrical hoist including cost of scaffolding materials at a height of above 6 m area up to 5 m Length (Hoist located at 30 m height in ground level) including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for complete removing of 20 Ton & 10 Ton capacity Electrical hoist with trolley from the existing beams by loosening the fixing bolt and nut leading, lifting and lowering the hoist from its position to ground floor by using chain block. Charges for re-erecting the 20 Ton & 10 Ton capacity electrical hoist with trolley from ground floor to original portion by using chain block by bolts & nuts including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for draining the duty oil from the gear box by opening the top cover by loosening the fixing bolt and nuts. Cleaning and checking all the gear wheel teeth, slagness of gear wheel and checking the tightness of all the gear. After the works completed the gear box pushed with new oil and refilling with new oil to the required quantity. Closing the gear box top cover by using fixing bolt and nut.

Charges for dismantling of rope drum, inspection, cleaning and applying compound & re winding the steel wire rope and assembling the drum with hoist including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for overhauling of hoist hook assembly compensating pulleys and changing of hook pulley bearings including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for complete overhauling of hoist motor & travel motor (2 No’s 7.5 HP, 2 No’s 15 HP, 2 No’s 1.5 HP, 4 No’s 1HP,1 No 5HP and 2 No’s 0.75 HP, 415 volts LT motors). Releasing the motor from bed, removing the gear, dismantling of motor, cleaning the rotor, stator core and stator winding, checking the tightness of wedges, insulating the stator winding portion by spraying one coat of Dr.Beck insulating varnish drying out the stator by preheating checking of IR value and winding resistance and assembling the motor and testing including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for cleaning of all electrical accessories such as motor contactors, push buttons panels etc., and checking for proper operation including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for erection of scaffolding arrangements required for overhauling of 3 ton capacity electrical hoist including cost of scaffolding materials at a height of above 6m area up to 5mtr length(Hoist located at 30 m height in ground level) including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for complete removing of Below 3 ton capacity electrical Hoist from the rail by providing A frame / Derrick & Chain Block 2carrangement, loading and unloading and transporting to the w2dorkshop, erection of the crane / Hoist after completion of the repair work, testing and commissioning etc., including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.
