Painting on GS sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade on new work ( two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution 30’x25’= 750 sft=69.71 sqm

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per the manufacture’s specifications including appropriate priming coat ,preparation of surface etc. complete Staircase = 300 sft (all sides) Total=27.87sqm

Providing and fitting of exhaust fan 02 No. (1 No. in Chowkidar Kitchen and 01 No in AEE Quarter (wash room).The job includes making the holes in walls and providing of frame for fitting the fans and also providing electrical connections to both the exhaust fans as per the requirement and making good the surface after fitting of the exhaust fans.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand (Asian, Nerolac) and manufacture to give an even shade of new work (2 or more coat) over and including priming coat with water thinable cement primer. 2{19’x13.5’) + 2(19’x7’) + 4(3’x10’) + (10’x6’) + (10’x10’) + (10’x3’) + (10’x6’) + 2(10’x4’) + 2(6’x4’)} + (12’x8’) + (12’x3’) + (8’x10’) Compound wall of Residential Area (1 side) = (90’x10’) = 900 Total (excluding doors and windows) = 2253 + 900 = 3153 sft = 293 sqm

Providing/fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make (Kajaria, SOMAY) in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by engineer incharge, in skirting, rises of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with white / grey cement slurry @3.3kg/m2 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Chowkidar room = (12 x 06) + (3 x 20) = 132 ft2 A.E.E Quarter= (12 x 06) + (3 x 36) = 180 ft2 Outer Area = (30 x 04) = 120 ft2 Room 2 = (30 x 05) = 150 ft2 Total Qty = 582 ft2 = 54.06 m2

SITC of Water Purfier R.O with UV +UF/SF+TDS controller of make Kent/aquaguard or other approved equivalent make for domestic purpose with Storage Capacity 15-20 Ltrs wall mount type having multi stage purification, fully automatic with indicators. The equipment should have a warranty of One year with two free services which shall include mandatory replacement of filters etc as required. The Job includes p/fixing of all the allied components like water pipe fittings, 3 pin socket, hooks, brackets, wires etc. complete in all respects. Any damage done during installation has to be made good by the contractor within the quoted rates.
