M & L brickwork with fly ash bricks,Modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

(a) Taking down cement plaster and clean the floor or wall surface for treatment by removing dust, dirt and loose particles over the surface etc by mechanical means. (b) Providing and applying the water based silicon water repellent. It shall be mixed with water in brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:10 ratio or as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Providing and applying one coat of modified cementitious bonding agent / water proofing coating treatment over the treated area of water repellent mixed with 1 part of cement and 1 part of Latex SBR/Bond SBR. (d) Providing & laying polymer, water proofing compound & fiber based ready mix plaster for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

(a) Taking down cement plaster and clean the ceiling surface for treatment by removing dust, dirt and loose particles over the surface etc by mechanical means. (b) Providing & laying polymer, water proofing compound & fiber based ready mix plaster for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete as per manufacturer's instructions.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of priming complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" /9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall in two or more coats and smooth finished by sanding with mechanical sander complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour and preparation of old/new surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old treated surface of walls, boundary/compound wall etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
