Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass- concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grraded stone aggregate as in benching and finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in manhole cover (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) challah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces; set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for handles, rungs, brackets etc. and similar articles made out of mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in foul condition including coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fly ash brick 75 Kgf/cm2 compressive strength. Modular size, is slaight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 150mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC haunching & bed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 200mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC haunching & bed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth; for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil in foul condition complete all as directed.

All as per item 14 but for depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre and getting out in soft/loose soil in foul condition complete all as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soft/ loose soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes (grade ‘A’) of 150 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes (grade ‘A’) of 200 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 150mm dia bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; including any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to 200mm dia bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; including any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, hold fast and the like including necessary form work and weathering the surface by slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of Man holes/chambers by removing muck/sludge/liquid mud etc (in foul condition) and removing the blockage if any for smooth flowing liquid; including taking out manhole covers (RCC/CI) and refixing the same in position of any size and depositing the muck/sludge etc., outside the MD land in closed containers complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Depth of silt/sludge from the top of benching will be measured.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage pipe lines of any bore and removing the blockages by rodding using bamboo and gunny bags or by mechanical means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully traps to manholes including vertical stack pipes (where ordered) , cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out all debris, sludge or any solid/ foreign materials from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning; including removing the debris outside MD land in closed container complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank manually or mechanically by bailing out sewage and night soil/sludge etc. and removing the silt/sludges to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100 m from the septic tank and depositing in burying pit; including taking out manhole covers (RCC/CI) and refixing the same in position of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation work for burying pit shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item no 27 above but removing night soil/sludge/silt etc., outside MD land in a closed container to a distance exceeding 1.5km but not exceeding 5km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of filter bed/soakage pit (in foul condition) of any size and depth by removing the water scum, sludge/vegetation, old saturated brick bats, etc completely using pumps or manually and disposing off the silt/ sludge etc., to a distance not exceeding 100m; including filling the filter bed/soakage pit with new filter media for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: - New filter media required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only burnt broken bricks bats of gauge size 40 mm to 80 mm as a filtering media suitable for filter bed/ soak pit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with S or P trap front or back inlet complete including connection to trap and to flushing pipe anti syphonape pipe, including provn of lean concrete 1:5:10 type D2 using 40mm brick agg bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of water closet (IWC/EWC) in foul condition upto 1st manhole from first floor/ground floor as the case may be by rodding and removing the debris including cutting of small vegetation where ever found at site complete as directed.

M&L for cleaning of Gully trap/ Nahani trap/ Floor trap in foul condition upto 1st manhole from first floor/ground floor as the case may be by rodding and removing the debris including cutting of small vegetation where ever found at site complete as directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
