Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated decayed tar felt or any treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiselling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials outside of MoD land all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction. Roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Liquid WPC Shall be measured and paid separately under Item No-3)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of dry finished plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/ Sqm & minimum 3 mm thickness reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ sqm) paid on primed surface of roof by forced application complete all as specified. NOTE: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through approved manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE (I) in writing.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminum paint @0.15 litre/Sqm for each coat on top of membrane .For non-approachable roof complete all as specified.

S &F Precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 200 x 200 x 20mm thick conforming to IS:1237, shall be laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6. The joints between the tiles shall be of 2 to 3 mm thick and filled with polymer base joint filler of approved quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete in any position and in any location and removing demolished material to outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by EIC/GE.

M & L for Cutting channels, grooves (with or without reinforcement) or rebates exc 15 cm in girth but not exceeding 30 cm in girth and trimming surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete in roof kerbs, mud stops or coving (rounded or chamfered on edges as directed) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 cement mortar, on concrete ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkalic & fungal resistance primer of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling and preparation of old/undecorated plastered surfaces of ceilingand applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkalic & fungal resistance primer of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces of external wall in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished without using extra cement with & including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as supply only item under respective item .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specifed and directed. Make: Apex Ultima (Asian) or All Guard Weather coat (Burger) of equivalent as approved by GE.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered surface or external wall and preparation of old/undecorated surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50/gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up and down of GI Pipe 15 mm bore dia and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site and M&L for refixing/relaying old GI Pipe including necessary new GI fittings, and making good to the disturbed surface in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing of 15 mm bore dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' ISI marked with and including all new GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with and including taking up or down existing GI tubing and connections and making good to the disturbed surface in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up and down of GI pipe of 20 mm bore and connection including cleaning or refixing or removal from site and M&L for refixing/relaying old GI Pipe including necessary new GI fittings, and making good to the disturbed surface in Cement mortar 1:3 completeall as specified as directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing of 20 mm bore dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' ISI marked with and including all new GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with and including taking up or down existing GI tubing and connectins and making good to the disturbed surface in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500/1000 Litre Capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position or other location after completion of roof treatment work complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ISI marked triple layered of approved make capacity 500 Litre fixed in position including necessary wash out pipe 20 mm Light grade and over flow GI pipe 20 mm bore light Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 25 mm bore dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' ISI marked with and including all new GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with and including taking up or down existing GI tubing and connections, and making good to the disturbed surface in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of 25 mm (Bore dia of pipe), gun-metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/GI pipe ISI marked of approved make all as specified as directed.

S & F in repair of 20 mm (Bore dia of pipe), gun-metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/GI pipe ISI marked of approved make all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight/20 mm-210 gms complete all as specified and directed.
