Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The tenderer has to furnish the details of the Head Office including Telephone No.s, E-mail address, the fax and the mobile numbers of the person whom to be contacted.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

Materials like bitumen,steel,cement etc.,required for the work shell be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality Assurance authority before use on the work.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original, Submit the original document at the time of technical bid opening or next day and the Executive Director reserves the right to verify the original documents before approval.

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Director, 8, M S B-1, 6th & 7th Floor, Cunningham Road, Bangalore-52 during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will be considered.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The contractors assessed available tender capacity shall be more than the tender value, it will be calculated as per the STD tender document Attached.

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

Tenderer who qualifying in the technical bid such tenderer financial bid will be opened.

Contractor should establish a fully functional laboratory at site at no extra cost in order to carry out all the required tests for the materials being used in the project.

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing similar structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost. Contractor should carryout additional test required to test the suitability of materials before using the same to the work.

Formation levels and other data furnished are bare minimum the contractor should make all efforts to validate and to get additional data if required at his own cost. Contractor should execute the project with least impact to the environment.

When Structure constructed disputes arising on account of damages to the existing bunds, Structure and other private properties, if any, has to be resolved by the contractor. All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such public /private properties.

Contractor should take all precautionary measures to avoid any damage to the utilities during excavation as well as utility shifting. To that extent the contractor should indemnify the client.

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act.

The Bidder shall not furnish any fake/fabricated/false information or withhold facts etc., if the bidder is found to have violated any of these above (found either during evaluation or after awarding the tender), the tender shall be rejected and action as per rules and regulations shall be taken against the Bidder.

If the Successful Bidder has quoted lesser rates than the estimated rates then he should without fail remit the Unbalanced Tender Amount along with the Security Deposit within the stipulated time as that shall be specified in the Letter of Acceptance, failing which the tender of the Successful Bidder shall be rejected.

The bidders should submit the Bid capacity compulsorily. The details of balance work B value (works on hand & works for which tender submitted). Should be submitted in the prescribed format & should be signed by the concerned Executive Engineer / District level officer. In case the bidder does not furnish the above details/suppresses the actual facts/ produces false facts, along with the Technical bid, the technical bid of such bidder shall be considered for rejection.

With regard to tenders where lesser rates are quoted by the tenderer as per Standard Tender Document the contractor along with his financial bid shall furnish a detailed rate analysis for such of the items where has quoted lesser rates than the estimated rates. The rate analysis must indicated break up of rates for various components such as materials, labour, machinery and other relevant components. He shall also explain & substantiate how such lesser quoted rates would work out for him from the point of view of doing quality work. He shall also give undertaking that the rates quoted by me are workable to execute quality wok as per specifications and to the full satisfaction of the department Any failure on the part of the contractor in not submitting the above said information along with his financial bid in E-proc will be viewed seriously during evaluation of his financial bid.

The Defect liability period of the work is 24 Months from the date of submision of final bill.

QAP & PERT chart should be submitted by the successful bidder within 3 Days From date of Agreement.

Design mix For Concrete shall be obtained from the approved NABL acredated laboratories and same shall be got approved from the department before incorporating in the work.

The intended bidders shall visit the site and quote his offer accordingly and for having visited the site, they should upload the Geo-tag Photos and Document for having visited the site duly certified by concerned Assistant Executive Engineer KREIS, while submitting the tenders.

The rates are Exclusive of GST. GST will be paid seperately.

3.2.b) Tenderer should Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, atleast one Similar Work such as Building work of value not less than Rs 263.99 Lakhs. The work done certificate duly signed not below the Rank of Executive Engineer.

3.2.c) Tenderer should Executed in any one year, the following Minimum Quantities of work:(2020-21 to 2024-25). RCC-725.0 Cum, Steel-80.0 MT, BBM/Laterite Stone/Soild Blocks-2440.0 Sqm, Flooring-1850.0 Sqm. Tenderer Shall submit Workdone Certificate stating the above quantities executed issued by not below the rank of executive Engineer.

3.6) The Tenderer shall give details of the works on hand (Present contract commitment) duly signed by the bidder. (The Bidder should submit the work on hand i,e., B value with full details, if the Bidder furnish any false or incomplete details, the Bid will be rejected)

3.2) Tenderer has to furnish Annual turnover for the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 Duly certified by CA with UDIN.
