Annual Maintenance of Transformers at PJTAU campus(including ARI),Rajendranagar,Hyderabad(for the year 2026-27)

Routine maintenance of transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil, break down strength. Reconditioning / replacement of silicazel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil).

Filteration of transformer oil as per ISS specifications filters to die electric strength above 40 KV at site

Transformer oil tested as per IS-335 -1972 ( per Ltr)

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the following Transformer capacity Upto 315 KVA H.T.

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the following Transformer capacity Upto 500 / 1000 KVA H.T.

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity Upto 315 KVA H.T.

Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity Upto 500 / 1000 KVA H.T.

Carryout routine maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A to 3000A HT VCB by cleaning fixed contacts, moving contacts and arcchutes including servicing and putting the VCB in perfect working condition after detting all relay and ON, OFF mechanism etc done with only manufacturing companies / Authorised dealers of respective switch gears

Carryout routine maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A to 1000A L.T.ACB by cleaning fixed contacts, moving contacts and arcchutes including servicing and putting the ACB in perfect working condition after detting all relay and ON, OFF mechanism etc done with only manufacturing companies

Carryout routine maintenance and servicing of LT.Cubical pannel board having approximately 15 to 22 Nos of switches cleaning with power brower and servicing the contacts, tightning the connection of incoming and outgoing cables, and clicking the operating machanism for smooth functioning of switches and putting them in smooth working condition.

Repairing of a defective 11 KV/415 V , upto 500 KVA, Power Distribution transformer by carrying out the following steps including supply of all necessary materials/spares and necessary testing equipments for making the unit functional in all respect as required and as per Technical Specification.(a)Complete Overhauling & dismantling of all 3 phase winding including Drain out the transformer oil and dismantling of transformer and lifting out the winding and complete inspection of all windings after removing from the limbs and core.(primary and secondary) (b)HV & LV coil rewinding including supply of new copper winding. providing insulation for full windings (Complete insulation to be changed) and job assembly/re-assembly.(c)Baking of HV & LV coils.(d)Dehydration & filtration, vacuum of transformer oil with oil dehydration machine including Transformer oil sample testing for obtaining required IR value (Extra transformer oil if needed for topping up will be provided by PJTAU).Job to be done at Site.(e)Supply and replacement of oil seal washer for HV & LV bushing. (f)Supply and replacement of all gaskets of upto 500KVA transformer.(g)Loading/Unloading of transformer at site and its transportation to and from site to vendors works.(h)Incidental charges including supply of Miscellaneous hardware/painting of transformer body/civil works etc.(i)Installation, Testing and Commissioning of transformer after necessary repair
