To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25and 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Improvements of Road Work of value not less than Rs.56.46Lakhs.
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25and 2025-26 executed the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork Excavation/subgrade/filling 1245 Cum 2.GSB 690Cum 3.WMM/WBM 942Cum 4.Asphalting Works (BM/DBM/SDBC/BC) 305Cum
The tenderer should be a KPWD registered Class-III and Above Contractor
As per this note each tenderer should further demonstrate Availability of key equipment/ machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular on GO-FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022, dated 11.05.2022, this clause for owning key equipment s for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in Maintenance activities as per MORTH specification.1. Excavator Hydraulic Excavator/Backhoe Loader 2. Tipper.3. Road Grader/Motor Grader 4. Hot Mix Plant 40/60 TPH 5. Pug Mill Wet Mix Plant 6. Mechanical Paver Finisher 7. Vibratory Road Roller 8. Vehicle Mounted Tank Mechanical Sprayer 9. Self Loading Concrete Mixer with weigh batch/Mechanical Concrete Mixer with Hopper 10.Water Tanker
Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if work is awarded
The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity equal to ( AxNx1.5 - B ) where A equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. 0.5 Year where B equal to Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract.
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate- liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.56.46Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Enclosed with this NIT under Forms of Bid qualification information as per Govt. Circular No. FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2), dated. 22.08.2022).
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Achieved in at least two financial years an annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.225.85Lakhs.
The EMD of Rs. 2,00,000.00 shall be paid in full through e payment or in two parts i.e. part (1) Rs. 1,00,000.00 by e -payment Part (2) Rs.1,00,000.00 EMD shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee and shall be scanned and uploaded along with the technical Bid. The original Bank Guarantee should be handed over to the Executive Engineer before the prescribed date and time of opening of the Bids.

ಅಂದಾಜು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಕಿ.ಮೀ. 53.39 ರಿಂದ 54.19 ರವರೆಗೆ (800 ಮೀ. ಉದ್ದ ) ರಸ್ತೆಯು 3.75 ಮೀ. ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಟ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು 5.50ಮೀ. ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗಲೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 3.75 ಮೀ. ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 100ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಮೆಟ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಇದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ. ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ಅಗಲೀಕರಣ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಕ್ಸ ಕಟ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿ 100 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಸ್ತೆಯ 5.50ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ 100 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಬಿ, 250 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ.ಎಮ್.ಎಮ್., 50 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಡಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಮ್. ಹಾಗೂ 30 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ಬಿ.ಸಿ. 1.00 ಮೀ. ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ 430 ಮಿ.ಮೀ. ದಪ್ಪದ ಶೋಲ್ಡರ್ ಪ್ರಾವಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಿ.ಡಿ. ಹೆಡ್ವಾಲ್ಗಳ ಎತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಪೀಠೋಪಕರಣಗಳು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ರೂ. 140.00 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂದಾಜು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
