Dismantling and opening of the existing exhaust fan of any type and sweep along with louvers of any size from the exisiting location, dismantling the blades etc and refixing the fan with blades, louvers after carrying out necesasry repairs such as greasing , repalcement of bearings etc , spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and writing MES No including electrical connections from the existing point to fans with three core 1.5 sq.mm sheathed cable wire all as specified and as directed.

Wiring complete with 2.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade including accessories surface type/ concealed run on walls/ ceiling including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet surface mounted/ concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The earth wire for the points in the same circuit can be looped from point to point. (ii) Earth wire shall be taken inside the conduit. (iii) Cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for point wiring. (iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.

XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured and PVC bedded, heavy duty, LT cable 16 sq.mm, 2 core, 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor, including cable glands, cable lugs etc., to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, or fixed along with the poles, bare or through GI pipe, laid under floors / road etc., fixed / concealed in walls / encased in GI pipe etc., jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, 25mm bore with all accessories fixed on walls/buildings or laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Gun metal gate or globe valves 25 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for laying cables/poles etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete using soil complete all as specified and as directed.
