Providing and fixing aluminum work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make Jindal or Hidalgo) conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum section shall be smooth rust free straight, mitered and joint mechanically when where required with snail beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screw.( incl. all carriages)
Fixed portion- Polyester powder coated aluminum ( minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns ( section to be used 101x48x3 mm)
For shutters of doors incl. providing and fixing of hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings where aware required incl. cost of epidemic rubber/ neoprene gasket required ( fittings shall be paid separately- Polyester powder coated aluminum ( minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)-
Providing and fixing 12mm of preliminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board ( conforming to IS:12823 Grade-1) in paneling fixed in aluminum partition frame with CP brass / stainless steel screw etc.complete.( incl. all carriages)
Prelinminated board with decorated lamination on both sides
Providing and fixing of glazing in partitions with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket complete( incl. all carriages)
With float glass panes of 5 mm thick( weight not less than 12.50 Kg/Sqm)
