H.T. PANEL BOARD 11KV H.T. (04) BREAKER SWITCH BOARD PANEL Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal clad, 11 KV VCB panel with 04 nos. VCBs(single panel), totally enclosed with electrical and mechanical interlocking system for both the incomers, trolley mounted(additional VCB handling trolley will not be acceptable), horizontal draw out type breaker as per IS:13118 & IEC 62271-200/100, as amended up to date and additional specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, electrical as well as manually charged and electrical closing breaker system suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 25KA for 3 sec with rated voltage 12KV & rated current 630Amp, complete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars of 800 Amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 6 NO + 6 NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c connections suitable for 3 X 185/300 sqmm. XLPE 11KV cable (cable entry from bottom), end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc. as required. (Note-Cost of end termination not included in this item) as per technical specification and site condition etc as required as per direction of E-I-C.(Note:-Closing Coil -24V/110V DC, Tripping coil - 24V/110V DC , spring charging motor with 230V AC contactor 06 NO + 06 NC with test & service limit switch Actuator.) along with RS-485 or equivalent communication protocol in numeric relay as per tender spcification, as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineering In-Charge(Five years warranty certificate should be given from OEM for complete HT Panel).

BATTERIES & BATTERY CHARGER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 36 V Battery Charger & 18 (Eighteen) numbers of 2V 100 AH Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries, Battery Charger shall be solid state, full wave fully controlled bridge, input suitable for single phase 230V +I- 10% AC supply, conforming to degree of protection IP-42, Sheet steel enclosure 1.6mm thick, with automatic voltage regulation, current limiting circuit, auto cut facility, smooth filter circuit switches, digital Ammeter & voltmeter on DC side, phase indicating lamps (LED type) on AC side complete in all respect with switchgear, earthing, powder coated painting etc as required. The battery charger shall have electronic health module which will monitor and indicate the health of connected batteries regularly. Suitable Iron angle stand for 18nos. 2V, battery bank shall be provided as per tender specification.

TRANSFORMER 11KV/0.433KV INDOOR TYPE TRANSFORMER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type, 11/0.433 KV, min 1000KVA, 3Ph, 50 Hz, vector group Dyn-11,OIL COOL type, copper wound Transformer with off load tap changer on HV side to cater to voltage variation range of +7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5%, suitable HV cable termination boxes on both sides (suitable for 11KV, 3 core x 400Sq.mm. XLPE cable on HT side and 3200 Amp TPN Busduct connection arrangement on LT side), complete with standard fittings, accessories and first filling of filtered dehydrated oil as per IS:1180 level 2 BIS with up to date ammendments, including required transformer oil, oil temperature. indicator, winding temperature indicator, bucholz relay, marshalling box etc and as per Technical Specifications as per technical specification and site condition etc as required as per direction of E-I-C.

(Made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet steel / GI enclosure with powder coated painting, IP 54 degree of protection (minimum), complete with proper supporting arrangement with suspenders / brackets etc) Note: The bustrunking shall be measured along with length centreline of enclosure. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alloys, cable gland plates in two half, interconnections including supply & installation of following items and as per technical specification and site condition etc as required as per direction of E-I-C:(ACB should be mount on single tire only)

Supply and fixing of flame retardant electrical insulation mat of 2.0 mm thick to withstand up to 3.3 kV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with up to date amendments and having minimum width 1000mm (±20mm). The sufficient of adhesive/compound shall be supplied to fix the insulation mat on the fronurear side of electrical installation. Mat shall be ISI marked. Its leakage current at 3.3 KV shall not be more than 10 MA. The mat shall be welded by hot gas welding with filler martial method by making V grove cut at joints with suitable welding .cord of insulating material of matching colour to provide a seamless jointed surface as per IS :8002.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of single spike air terminals of 16 mm dia. of 1.5 Meter lengths as required and as per site conditions. the air terminal shall be manufactured with copper. The terminal shall be provided with the integrated / attached threaded base support suitable for mounting the terminals as per site condition. The base support shall be minimum 3 mm thick and shall have inbuilt connector fitting for connection of lightning conductor in such way that conductor contact area shall not be less than 40mm on all side of the conductor. The air terminals shall be supplied with the intermediate guywire supports to make it stable in case of high wind speed.

Dismantalling,shifting and re installation of Existing 320 KVA DG sets from existing T2 power house to New CCR substation along with exhust piping system,supporting MS structure as per site, 990 Liters fuel tank including necessary MS Piping work, foundation work with 1:2:4 as per the OEM recommendation including necessary testing and commissoning (HSD will be supplied by AAI) as directed by Engg In Charge as per site conditions.

Rate for each one rupee value of work executed from the DSR-2018 (Electrical) Schedule & cost worked out on the basis of DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates. {For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs.0.90, then for executing DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs.1,00,000.00 at DSR-2018 (Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.90,000.00. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs.1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs.1,25,000.00}(Note:-Excluding all above items)
