Mobilization (including preparation of work space, Approach road, dewatering, arrangement of electricity, jungle clearing, earth filling and making all arrangement for completion of the work) and construction and supply of all materials & labours of temporary island/platform to facilitate the construction of foundation including platform for storage of construction materials such as stone chips, sand, cement, steel reinforcement bar, mixture machines, tools & plants all foundation materials keeping & mixing. This includes hiring of boat for transportation of construction materials and manpower at the site. (As transportation of construction materials is possible only via boat, hence hiring of boat for carrying the necessary materials to the site is necessary).

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). 500 mm dia piles (24 nos. of piles)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in M25 grade concrete of specified 28 days strength for pile cap, chimney and tie beam including reinforcement steel form work all necessary materials and equipments, transportation, batching, mixing, vibrating, dewatering etc. complete.

Setting of stubs (set of four) including transportation & distribution of stub and accessories from store to site excluding the cost of excavation, concreting & back filling.
