Modification in Existing LT ACB Panel at Jalgaon Airport, Jalgaon.

Supply of 1000A, 4 Pole, EDO type, 50 KA (Ics=Icu=Icw for 1 sec), 4 Pole Air Circuit Breaker with 100% Neutral, Microprocessor based release (EMI & EMC certified) for over current (Phase & neutral), earth fault & short circuit protection with corresponding CTs and as per technical specifications, Electrically Operated Draw Out type (EDO), automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON / OFF and service / test/ isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS-60947-2 1993 as amended up-to-date complete with Independent electrical & manual spring closing mechanism, Shunt trip coil 24V D.C / 220V A.C, UV release, door interlocking kit, mechanical operation counter, auxiliary contactors with contacts (minimum 4NO + 4NC) for positive interlocking of the breakers etc. complete set as required. (Make: L&T / Model - Omega U Power / Release Type : UW-MTX 3.5 or equivalent)

Modification in existing ACB Panel including removing the old ACB from panel, fitting and commissioning of new 4 Pole ACB (as per item no. 1) with all required accessories, Aluminium bus bars with busbar supports in addition to existing bus bars as per site requirement, necessary wiring for contactor, indication lamps, meters, switches and electrical interlocking arrangement with existing incomer & bus coupler ACBs, modification / replacement of existing ACB panel door (if required), including providing door locking arrangement, necessary fabrication & painting work etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3 mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
