Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC System Outdoor Units

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Volume type air- cooled outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermeticaly sealed inverter type scroll compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based controller, top discharge type condensing units(s), with R410 A refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rate capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 deg C ambienttemperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/- 10% 3 phase, 50 HZ AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5

Outdoor Unit

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity 4 way flow VRV/VRF cassette type Indoor Units ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable media prefilter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expeansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cordless remote control etc. suitable for operation on single phase 230V+/-10%, 50Hz AC supply complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS system. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at inlet conditions of 27 degree C DB and 10deg C WB temperature.

The Drain pump as a standard accessory and shall be included in the price of Cassette/ FCU unit

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of Corded remote controls

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hi-wall split unit complete with refrigerant liquid line and insulated suction line piping with nitrile foam insulation(Upto 3 Rmt.), electrical cabling between condenser & evaporator, MS base frame / platform duly epoxy painted for indoor & outdoor units. (For Outdoor units weather protective paint to be provided after taking due approval.) along with suitable capacity stabilizers of 1.5 TR capacity. Brand\model shall be approved by the engineer incharge.

Refrigerant Piping for VRV units

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19 mm/ 13mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger and all external piping shall run in covered cable tray as per specifications.

Note: The vendor has to get the route and sizing approved from the Consultant/ architect before starting the work at site.
