ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & OPERATION CONTRACT OF QUICK WATERING SYSTEM AT CHENNAI EGMORE RAILWAY STATION FOR 02 YEARS

Financially bidder should be sound enough to carryout the work.

The special technical criteria is follows in 1.1 & 1.1.1

The bidder may have experience in installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC), repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or upgradation of Quick Watering Systems (QWS), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), High pressure Jet system (HPJ),, Water Recycling Plants (WRP/WRCP), or similar water treatment/recycling systems.

Tenderer(s) shall submit along with his / their tender:i) The tenderer may have experience in installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, AMC/CAMC, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or upgradation of Quick Watering Systems (QWS), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), High pressure Jet system (HPJ), Water Recycling Plants (WRP/WRCP), or similar water treatment/recycling systems.ii) Tenderers shall submit documentary evidence in support of the above credentials, such as Work Orders, Letters of Acceptance (LOAs), Agreements, Completion Certificates, Performance Certificates, AMC/CAMC Agreements, or satisfactory 1.1.1 performance certificates.iii) The onus of establishing the credentials of the Tenderer(s) from office records or otherwise does not lie with the Railway. The Railway shall evaluate the offer only on the basis of the certificates/documents submitted along with the tender.iv) Even if the Tenderer(s) is/are existing contractor(s) of the Division, failure to enclose the required documents along with the tender shall render their offer liable to be rejected.Post-tender correspondence shall not be entertained in any case. The Railway shall not call for any clarification regarding the credentials from the Tenderer(s) after the tender is opened.

Rates are inclusive of all tax. The tenderer has to remit GST at the extant rates and submit documentary evidence failing which the same will be deducted by Railways.
