Supply and fix in repairs addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable sounder complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs short circuit isolators complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs remote response indicators complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable electronic sounder cum strobe complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repairs fire alarm sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of +5 DB 3500 m range complete all as specified and as directed Note for item Nos.1 to 9 :- (i) The existing make of Fire Alarm at site is of M/s Edward.All the items required for the work shall be of Edward make or compatible makes suitable for the existing Fire Alarm of Edward Make.

M&L in repair for point wiring complete with 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through including PVC conduit of suitable size and terminal boxes with new laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators etc including 4 Sq mm PVC insulated cable with copper conductor for earth continuity and connecting up complete for One 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps independent complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for circuit/sub main wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through existing PVC conduit/casing and caping and accessories on surface of wall roofs etc with One runs of 1.5 Sq mm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified including taking down existing circuit/ sub main wiring and making good disturbed portion complete all as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: Three runs of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit/casing and capping shall be measured as one run.

Supply and fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 ways double door type with suitable bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep belpow normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 meter below ground level connected GI earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers check nuts of GI or steel ,earth lead protected by means of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe up to LT panel board/DBs all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR -2009(part 1 ) including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil ,PCC 1:2:4 pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover ,40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars @ 100 mm both ways with lifting hooks made out of 6 mm dia MS bars ,provision of common salt and charcoal dust in alternate layers around the earth plate,wire mesh funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
