Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 16 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core including taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of existing size from trenches, poles/walls and floor for removing of fault and use for relaying etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 95 to 240 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core including taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of existing size from trenches, poles/walls and floor for removing of fault and use for relaying etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying including testing in floor/trenches or fixed on pole/wall XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 240 Sqmm 3.5 core , including taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of existing size from trenches, poles/walls and floor for removing of fault etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation erection commissioning and testing in replacement of exiting unsv of LT panel board cubical out door type ( separate cable chamber on both side and Busbar fully covered) of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, factory made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. M & L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity upto 1000 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of any existing make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :- a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. d) Check arc chutes for damage e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. g) Checking control device free for operation. j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional

M&L for Straight through joints heat shrinkable for XLPE/PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor under ground cable 3.5 core 70 sqmm to 150 Sqmm and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar / Cupper wire of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of of individual outgoing feeders. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel type wall mounted on mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive & fully transparant Door foor meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262.
