Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, n.exc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and replacement of float valve if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and nexc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and replacement of float valve if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing up rooting vegitation growth building roof top/sides of walls nexc. 30 cm girth including and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 cm and clearing site and making good of the disturbed surfaces in brick work cm 1:4 and plaster in 1:4 ,surfacearea nexc 0.50 sqm.(Note: For removal of vegitation if reqd at site rain water pipes bends to be removed preserved and refixed in the same location.)

Dismantling of roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on concrete surfaces, finished fair & even including mixing water proofing liquid as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note :- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab or plastered surfaces by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for polythene film black 50micron laid in floors or on vertical surfaces incl necessary laps and laid without voides/air bubles as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for lime concrete terracing as on roof with mimimum thickness of edge 40 mm and increasing uniformly towards ridge to obtain a certain chain slope of (1:40) as described in para 11.27.2 of MES SSR part-I complete. NOTE:- For lime concrete, mudia kankar (source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregates and Surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40mm thick Brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item no 11 here in before but except tiles.

M&L for Flush pointing to 30cm by 15cm brick tiles, laid flat in pavings in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, bed plates, coping rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above GL) all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protections/hardstanding, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, laid in panels including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen 85/25 grade and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge nexc 63mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layers nex 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as spicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cutting sand stone slab of thicknes up to 50mm as in chajja etc in a shape as directed by Engr in charge, giving good appearance to Bldg /chajja ( exposed portion only).

Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work .

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately)

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, stairs deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for TMT bars Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Dimolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches pillars etc

M&L for brick work with sub class B (old size) bricks Fly Ash, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per serial item no 33 here-in-before but except bricks.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic colour (dark shade) tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 36 here in before but as in skirting/dado over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 38 above but on vertical surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110mm PVC pipe dia soil waste & vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 75mm PVC pipe dia soil waste & vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling Rotational Moulded plyethyelene water storage tank of capacity exc 250 lit but not exc 500 lit capacity complete.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified. Notes :- (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational moulding process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall be white coloured and ISI marked. Also refer paras 18.60 and 18.60 A of MES Schedule Part-I. (iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. However cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30 cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Dismantling Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity exc 500 lit but not exc 1000 lit capacity complete.

All as per item no 44 here in before but of capacity 1000 Ltrs.

S&F in repairs ball valve, 20mm bore, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated almn rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed fixed in repair.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F repairs stop valves, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only stop valves, cast copper alloy,any type any size.

M&L applying injuction grouting with nozzle on slab. The mortal can be applied from a minimum of 15mm to 40mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 25mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortal should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 Day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days , minimum flexural strength should be 8N/mm2 in 28 days. (Make - Sika/Dr Fixit/Fosroc).

M&L repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound . (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sika/Forsoc)

M&L applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sika)

Heavy duty reinforced acrylic coating for terrace/walls water proofing (Make Dr Fix It ,Asian, Sikka) over a coat of Primmer for Sealer coat (Dr fix it) with roller as directed and app by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F self adhesive membrane 1.5mm thick self adhesive elastomeric SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen based membrane with high density aluminum film on top ,provded with Pibial /Emufal TE Bitumen primmer @0.3 ltr per sqm , mimimum over laps shall be 50mm on sides and 100 mm on end laps all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Sika,IWL as approved by Engineer in Charge)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block/brick walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particle, dirt etc and applying rust remover (Rustoff 100 of Sika/ '8832GM' pidilite or equivelent of Fosroc/ Dr Fixit) on the rebars and removing the loose rust particles after minimum 24 hours by wire brush, all as per manufacture's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement based polymer modified anti corrosive rebar coating system ('Sika Top Armatec-108 " of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc) to existing reinforcement all as per manufacture 's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Mode of measurment shall be affected surface area of column, beam, slab etc.

M&L for one layer of 20 mm thick concrete (comprises composition 1:2:1 plain cement concrete i.e. One part of cement (43 Gde OPC), two part of fine aggregate and one part of 10 mm and down size trap stone aggregate) mixed with 'Sprayset SL' of Fosroc( Equivalent to Sika / Dr Fixit) 2 to 2.5% by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 liter of water mixed as per manufacture's instuctions and guniting by pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg per sqm over column , beam, roof , slab, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
