Excavation in foundations and trenches etc. in earth in all classifaction of soil such as pick work, jumper work , pick jumper work, jumper blasting work and hard blasting and saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety Soil , dewatering and removal of slash and other incidentals lift up to any height Stacking the excavated soil up to any leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in the plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming,watering and then depositing of all surplus excavted earth as directed by the Enginneer in charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth up to any lead& lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neaty dressed in all type of soil.

Providing and Laying 1:4:8( 1 Cement : 4 sand : 8 Crushed graded stone aggregates 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundations and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15m thick welded with angle iron frame in 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering,shutting and propping etc. with wood battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in a flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like.Floor etc. up to 200mm in thickness(Vertical Surfaces)

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement :2 Sand : 4 Crushed graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing balconies beams griders bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals using 1st class bricks.

Brick masonry is common burnt clay building bricks in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement :Five Sand) in to foundation & plinth carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15mm thick cement pilaster in single coat on the rough side of bricks/conc. Stone walls for interior plastering up to floor level i/c arises internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished smooth in Cement motar 1:5 (One Cement : Five Sand) including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals.

P/L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Sand :4 graded stone 20mm nominal size) and curing complete laid in band between brick flooring etc. finished with floating coat of neat cement.

Steel worked welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting ,hosting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat or red lead paint primer in beams joists channels,angles,tees,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hips and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Steel work welded in built up section Anar kali type cast iron jali work including cutting,hosting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards, bars ,ladders, railing and similar works.

Providing and Fixing Mild steel BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ fascia / soffits /ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge(Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to track coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J&L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to track coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J&L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and Fixing Everest Fibre cement sheet ceiling fire and moisture resistant of size 610x610x6mm (six hundred ten into six hundred ten into six milimeter) of approved quality with butt jointing and stainless screws excluding frame work and cover fillets as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade includes cleaning the surfaces of all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with enamel white paint with in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall surfaces with cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (2 Coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material complete using Suraksha or ACE cement paints with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast Cement concrete inter loacking paver blocks vibro comacted up to M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm thick average of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curring rubbing and polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid extra.

Providing fixing informatory Sign board of rectangular size made out of 1.5mm to 2mm thick aluminimum sheet with engineering grade (commerical) sheeting with frame angle iron 25x25x3mm firmly fixed to the rain shed railing as per design i/c carriage and fixing at site as per direction of engineer - in -charge.
